Hi there. Thanks for popping in. It’s all go here at Clarity, I can tell you! It’s all good though. Teamwork makes the dream work, that’s for sure. I wanted to talk about passion today. No, no, no. Not fruity!! Not that torrid sex kinda passion! I do have a vague recollection of that though….saw a film once. Something about a Last Tango in Paris… (which is all very well until you realise Marlon Brando was only 5ft 7” !)…
Hi there. Thanks for popping in! YouTube Tuesday this week broaches a subject which is often brought up: Mapping pens, Sticky Ink and Perga Glitter. I love that the Sticky Ink stays sticky until I am ready to apply the glitter. That means I can draw beautiful fine lines of liquid glue wherever I want to add glitter – and don’t have to rush. Watch Rosie this week, as she take us down the Pergamano Glitter road…. As always, there…
Good evening everyone, Paul here standing in for Barb. I hope you are all keeping well and staying out of trouble! Barb and Dave have gone out for the evening. To the theatre darlings! So I am taking over the blog for tonight! Whilst the cats away, the mice will play!!!! (get it?) Did you know we currently have a fantastic offer running until the 3rd April 2018 on a bundle of the Adirondack Alchohol Inks Available HERE Normally…
Hi there. Thanks for popping in. Wanted to flag a couple of things up: firstly, when your new Groovi plates arrive now, they should come with a label on them. These labels are not just intended to irritate you! No, No, No! (first thing I do when I buy a new top is cut the label out! Brand name be gone! Cannot stand itchy scratchy at the back!) But these labels are there for a very good reason. It’s called…
Hi there. Thanks for popping in. Been busy working on a Magazine project, and getting ahead of Monday, and thought I would lay down the step by step for the Woodland Animals Project I showed you the other day. So this is how it works…. Drip some alcohol ink on the 8″ x 10″ Gelpress plate, which is mounted on one of our megamounts. Then spread the ink out over the plate with a brayer. I think we’ll have a…
Hi there. Thanks for popping in. Week off? So is this how it works? The minute you give yourself permission to relax, you lose all your get up and go? Dearie me! Should have just kept on truckin’ ! Never mind. Back to work proper on Monday, so I will be full of beans again then… Friday’s blog a private peek, right? What were YOU doing 28 years ago today? I know what I was doing! And the event which…
Hi there. Thanks for joining me. Finally came upstairs to my little artroom to play today. I’ve had a rare week off, of sorts, and actually had time to go for a meander through Pinterest. Do you ever do that? I start off looking at amazing Alcohol ink art, and end up reading a recipe for carrot cheesecake! I love doing that. Just roaming through Pinterest, soaking up the creativity. Every now and then I see something which sticks, something…
Hi there. Thanks for popping in. Wednesday’s blog – when we speak of why we craft – not just what we craft. I’m supposed to be having a week off, having overdone it at the NEC, but it’s not that easy for this old bird to switch off. Been thinking about it. It isn’t a control issue. I’ve gone over that in my head. It isn’t an inability to delegate – I am very, very good at that. It’s not…
Hi there. Thanks for popping in. Beautiful sunny day here in the garden. Perfect day for planting a row of trees, in fact. The new neighbour (city boy moves out to the country) recently decided to cut down all the lovely old trees on his side of the fence, to make way for the 2-storey extension with balcony that he intends to build. So a nice young man, a tree specialist who Farmer Dave has employed, is planting a fresh row…
Hi there. Thanks for popping in. Just a quickie today, to show off these beautiful little Groovi Plates, which we have copied over from the stamps…. funky foliage The stamps? Oh they are divine. Illustrated by our good friend Mel: click here to investigate.. Anyway, yesterday, Paul Church – Mr Perga Man – also one of the best blokes you will ever meet in all your days – introduced these two lovely new Groovi Plates at the NEC on live…
