The meds are kicking in, the nurses are wonderful, the chap in the bed opposite is so much like my brother, it’s uncanny, so there has been a lot of laughter, but some very deep conversations too. I was gutted when the Doctor said they’re moving me to the respiratory wing today. Single rooms and very specific, but I’ve lost my new best mate!! We’ve already swapped phone numbers…
