Hello there! So sorry I am late today, but hey ho. I’m here now! Been on the go since 5am getting ready for the telly. The show felt a bit flat to me. Not sure why. The Design Team samples were beautiful, I tried my best to do some neat demos. The sales were good too! But somehow, it just didn’t feel like it was gelling. Until the very end that is! When Dave and I got home, Mark was…
Hello there! It’s early Saturday morning, and I am waiting for Jan to come over; there’s a Sandwich Sale on across the forest! Now to the average reader, that would infer that we are stark raving bonkers! That we have finally – and in unison – lost the plot… But no! We are still compos mentis! (Just).. Allow me to elaborate… Sandwich is a fashion brand, quite an expensive one. A lot of the clothes I wear are Sandwich. But…
Hello there. Friday’s blog a private peek. Well what a week! Oh what a week! Way too much pressure for this little head; trying to put a HUGE shipment to bed. Boxes and labels, bags and stencils; stamps and card, brushes and pencils. If Santa had seen our own Clarity Elves wrapping and packing, and emptying the shelves, their names and phone numbers he’d surely remember – and ask them to work for him in December! By Wednesday I thought…

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by on this Monday morning. Monday’s blog is Trees & Flowers, so I have decided to play with one of the best trees in the Claritree Collection: The Pear Tree. Of course, most of us are programmed to associate the Pear tree with the Partridge, and we have a fabulous partridge, drawn by our good friend Mel. Large Little But let’s step away from Christmas for a moment, and just make a lovely bright general greeting…
Hello there. Thanks for stopping by again. I do appreciate it. Especially today. Sunday’s Blog a step-by-step. Apologies for being a little later than usual, but I have to confess, my day didn’t start out well. I am sure you know what I mean when I say that I allowed somebody to sow something in my head, just a little seed. But before I could process it intelligently, it had sprouted into a mammoth issue, and my head became a full…
Hello there! Saturday’s blog a new technique? To who? To me? To you? Looking out of the window today, it’s a grey day. So let’s get out the Clarity Window Stamp and let our imagination create a lovely scene! Three cool colours: Eggplant Adirondack Stonewashed Adirondack Pesto Adirondack Cut a piece of A5 Theuva Card in half. Add a little moon. Dust some light blue into the sky using a stencil brush. Darken the sky with Eggplant. Tear a piece of copy…
Hello there! Thanks for stopping by each day this week;Friday already. Private peek…. Grace and I met a fabulous woman in Central Park the other day; Her name is Mary Jones. We were walking away from the Boathouse (check out last Friday’s blog! It’s hilarious!) and a black lady called over to us. She was standing by the railings on the corner. “Do you like Poetry?” she asked. “Of course,” we replied and walked over to her. A little cautiously,…
Hello there! Thank you for stopping by. It’s Thursday already! Somebody slow the clock down for Pete’s sake!!! And mine!!! Pete’s only been back from his holidays since yesterday, and he already looks frazzled! But let’s get on with the Thursday Blue Blog…. Found a 6″x6″Gelli Plate scrap I made way back when, with Phthalo Blue Acrylic Paint, Crimson and some Punchinella. Decide which way round it works for what you have in mind. Or if you are like me…
Hello there! Thanks for stopping by this windy Wednesday. Up with the lark this morning! I figure if I get up early, I will have more time to spread my day out…(?) Wednesday’s blog is something new, so how about a brand new fabby stencil, designed by none other than our JO RICE! So we decided to appropriately call this particular design: Jo’s Bubbles. And what a pleasure it has been to play with! I spent a very pleasant evening…
