Hi there.Sorry I’m late.Just got in to our B&B after a long set up slog at the NEC.Teamwork makes the dream work. Spent 10 hours trying to cram the equivalent of 3 Stands into one….and we did it!!! Did she say 10 hours?? Yep. Mental, but true. But now I can’t find the password for the internet here, so am cobbling a little blog together, but may have to abandon ship here, and get some sleeeeep! I have Good News ! Delighted…
Hi there. Thanks for popping in! Sorry there’s no You Tube. We couldn’t film because of all the banging and roofing, which has been going on for over a fortnight here. On a happy note, the side of the house is back on, and the scaffolding will be gone before Christmas! It will all be fine soon… Just a quickie today; we are off to set up at the NEC tomorrow, and let’s just say there’s still a bit to do!…
Hi there Foggy Monday! Thought I would carry on where I left off today, with Micro Glass Beads, clear paste and our Clarity Stencils. Remember yesterday, we were putting translucent embossing paste through a stencil and then attaching clear Micro Glass beads to it, as per Gill’s instructions? (see yesterday’s blog to catch up to this point …) Well let’s go see… Did the 4 hours drying time help? I’d say so! Now that’s better! So much so that I…
Hello there! Thanks for popping in. Thought I’d try something new today. Last night we were invited to dinner with our friends, Debby and Gill. Debby and Gill are two of the most creative women you could wish to meet. Always making, painting, crafting, inventing. Well, last night, Gill showed me a card she’d made, using our lovely Chinese Lantern Stencil. “Cor!” I said, “I like that! How did you do that?” So Debby shot off and got the ingredients …
Hi there! Sunny Saturday here! I’ve spent the morning tidying and cleaning the place; have thoroughly enjoyed it, which is rarely the case! Have paid a few bills and bought a nice gift, which is sure to give somebody special a lift… Sometimes something as basic as making the bed calms down the chaos that builds in my head. I chase round with work for weeks on the spin, so much so that I’m rarely in. So to hang out the laundry…
Hello! Thanks for popping in. Friday? TGIF !!! Private peak? Well let me show you how I spent my evening yesterday. Propping my head up. But what is she doing? Can you guess? Yep. Signing the calendars. One at a time. Have you ever signed your name loads and loads of times in quick succession? You really have to concentrate! Every now and then my mind would wander, and I would do the cheque signing one instead of the friendly…
Hi there. Thanks for popping in. Feeling a bit second hand today, after all the excitement of our One Day Special Set of Shows on HOCHANDA yesterday, which sold out, don’t you know! Right at the very end of play! It was such fun working with Charlie the presenter in that last hour; he really is a hoot. And when he said he used to be really good at darts at school, I almost broke down, because I thought he said…

Hi there! Thanks for popping in! Scrambling to get up to HOCHANDA for tonight’s launch. But before I shoot off on the Groovi Trail, I thought it would be a good idea to have a little something for our non parching, stampy friends. How about a very cool sale? Remember our Line Sentiments, hand-drawn and designed by Jim? Set 1 Set 2 Set 3 Set 4-Weddings Well, we’ve changed the price for you until Sunday in a big way! From…
Hiya! Thanks for popping in. Quick turnaround here, and back up to HOCHANDA tomorrow, all set for a ONE DAY GROOVI SPECIAL, launching tomorrow evening at 8pm. Am I ready? Sure. What are we launching? A Storage System? That’s nice. Not just any old storage system… A Groovi Storage System…. And somewhere, buried under this lot, is mine. Is it a load of blue trays? Nope. Is it green and made out of cardboard? Nope, but getting warmer. Actually this…
