Thanks for popping in. Just a quick little stamping on parchment step by step, using Tina’s lovely new Robin stamps. CLICK HERE
Tricks n tips, right? I think it’s always a smart move to stamp up your composition on copy paper before you stamp onto the parchment. So mount up your stamps and work out a layout first.
You see, you can see through the parchment, so this copy-paper version becomes your template, or pattern as it were, when you lay it underneath.
The rectangle Picot die and matching Groovi plate are fab for an instant outer edge, too.
Pick a die size Cut it out Add the white lines Lay over the top of your copy paper template. Top Tip: on long thing stamps like this holly row, add a little stamp on the mount on the other side. Then the stamping pressure will be more even. Just don’t ink it up! Stamp the images into place on the front of the Designer Parchment.
This is Indian Summer Parchment.
Time to add colour back in at the back. Perga Liner pencils, Pergacolours – you pick x
I also added a beautiful little border from one of our new It’s a Wrap Corner plates: Devotion.
The Devotion Plate has got so many superb corner frame patterns! Actually, they ALL have! Check these plates out!
And on that note, I shall go back to cleaning out my Shac Shac! It looks like a bomzitit !!!
