Shoes -Boots – Wellies today!

Shoes -Boots – Wellies today!

Hi there.

Thanks for popping in. What a downpour! Puddles like lakes down here in Kent! So it’s nice to be back in the warm and dry.

Maria is on TV, showing off those wonderful Shoes Stamp by Cherry Green, which are now also available as Groovi Plates. You ask – we respond!

Here is a step-by-step I did a while back, using the boot stamp, which is my personal favourite. The background is from our Shenandoah Designer Card. Love that colour, don’t you?

Head on over to HOCHANDA.com and watch Maria in action at 5pm. There’s great offer on these clever shoes and boots.

Love & Hugs

  1. Loved this project when it was first shown, must try out using the fibers…another technique added to my to do list. Enjoying Maria’s shows and got them recorded for future reference xx

  2. I love using these fibres, even though I end up covered in random bits of sparkle. That boot looks stunning. However, Barbara, watch out for the ‘elf and safety, with your iron cable. Mike would be telling you off! Great demo and ideas. xxx Maggie (Silvercrafter)

  3. Love these, I’ve ordered the Groovi plates but might just have to get the stamps to stroke. That’s 3 orders in a week after being good for a while – don’t tell anyone ! X

  4. WOW! Love this card. Just heard that my stamps and Groovi plates are on the way, must try this when they arrive. It’s my daughter’s birthday next month and I bet she would love a pair of red shoes on her card. ( Can you get red fusible fibre!?? )xx
    Best wishes Patricia

      1. Didn’t know you could do that. Have you coloured fusible fibre before? How did you do it, before fusing to the stamp or after? And what pens did you use? Really interested in this idea. Thanks x

  5. I am sat catching up with Maria’s lunchtime show before the 5pm show starts. Loving the hints & tips. We had the heavy rain last night with just a light shower this morning as I was driving to Bromsgrove, the sun has come out this afternoon so a much brighter day after a foggy grey start. My white fusible fibre has arrived so I need to have a play.

  6. Have spent ages trying to produce a clear, silver embossed dove – I must be doing something wrong; perhaps a fusible fibre one would be more successful?? !!

  7. Beautiful boot. Fibres do add another dimension.
Started out bright but cold here today but then the rains came down.
Had a reasonably relaxing day today. All the shows recorded yesterday have been watched. Maria once again doing a sterling job.
Doing some stamping this evening ready for colouring and mounting tomorrow.
    Have a good evening 🍒🍒🍒

  8. Watching you stamp a corset onto fusible fibre was the moment I fell in love with Claritystamp products! Made a bon voyage card today for a colleague with fusible fibres too – I still think it’s like magic. x

  9. Love the boot done with fibre, it looks so classy. My Clarity parcel came yesterday so have been crafting most of the day today. Our weather has been quite pleasant today but the forecast not very good from tomorrow. Have to catch up with Maria’s shows over the weekend along with all the other shows.xxx

  10. Hello Barb, have not watched the shows, but love the stamps and this project is just fantastic. Your fusible fibre stamping and creating are just awe inspiring. Have not tried it for a long time. Take care all. Bx

  11. Hi Barb,
Sorry I’m so late! Love this demo and am always inspired whenever I see you work with fusible fibres. I did do the corset many years ago now but haven’t played for ages. The card you’ve produced is very pretty but not for me I’m afraid. As much as I love actual shoes, I don’t like them on cards, but I can admire the artistry. Looking forward to seeing Leonie shortly on Hochanda. Love and hugs,Alisonxxx
