You may well recognise these designs!

These pretty little Posy Flowers started life earlier this year, when I drew them for our lovely Eileen Godwin and this year’s Clarity Open Days. I really enjoyed drawing them too — simple, loose little flowers, leaves and sprigs that can be mixed, matched and arranged in all sorts of ways.

Well, we liked them so much that we decided they deserved another outing! So we took those original hand-drawn Posy Flowers and worked our Groovi magic on them…

And here they are!

Three beautiful new Groovi Plates, all taken from those original Posy Flower drawings.

What I particularly like about these is how versatile they are. You can use just one little flower or leafy sprig, build up a whole arrangement, create borders and corners, or combine elements from all three plates. Keep things clean and simple, or really go to town with your parchment work — the choice is yours.

They’re the sort of designs you can reach for again and again too. Birthdays, thank-yous, thinking-of-you cards, friendship cards… flowers are always useful, aren’t they?

As always, our fabulous Design Team have been busy putting the new plates through their paces, and what a lovely collection of artwork they’ve created! This is where you really start to see just how much mileage there is in these seemingly simple little Posy Flowers.

Different layouts, different colourways, different techniques — and each one completely individual.
