72 Days To Christmas – Christmas Felt Kits
A Different Side of Clarity
Did you know we do this too?
There’s another lovely little corner of the Clarity world that I thought we’d shine a light on today.
Felt by Clarity!
Most of you know us for our stamps, stencils, Groovi plates and all things papercraft. But our creative world stretches a little further than paper and parchment. We also have a foot in the wonderful world of soft crafts, where felt, fabric, quilting and embroidery come into play.
And when you think about it, it’s not such a big leap, is it?
Where Paper Meets Fabric
As designers and makers, we’ve always believed that a good design can travel. A beautiful flower, a quirky little bird, a decorative pattern — why should it only live on paper?
The same shapes and illustrations that work so beautifully in papercraft can be adapted for appliqué, felt work, quilting and embroidery. Different materials, different techniques, but the same creative thinking behind them.
And there’s something rather lovely about bringing those worlds together. A little stitching on a handmade card, a felt embellishment, or a fabric creation inspired by a familiar Clarity design.
It’s all about exploring the possibilities.
Another Creative Avenue
Of course, some of you are already accomplished stitchers, quilters and embroiderers. Others may never have picked up a needle in their lives! But that’s the beauty of crafting, isn’t it? There’s always another avenue to explore, another skill to learn, another creative door to open.
And you don’t have to abandon one craft to enjoy another. Quite the opposite! Often, the techniques and ideas we pick up in one discipline make us better at another.
A little crossover can be a wonderful thing.

So today, we’re simply celebrating this lovely softer side of Clarity and sharing a little inspiration from the world of felt and fabric.
Whether you’re happiest with a brayer, a Groovi tool, a needle and thread, or a little bit of everything, there’s always room to experiment.
Have a look through the artwork and see what you think. Perhaps something will catch your eye, spark an idea, or tempt you to try something a little different.
After all, creativity doesn’t have to stay in one box, does it?
Love always,
Barb xxx
