Finding the Right Words

Sometimes it’s the simplest things that make all the difference, isn’t it?. When Grace and I were at the Glide Church on Sunday, the first thing that struck me was the beautiful banners which were hanging down either side of the church, in between the stained glass windows. They summed up the entire ethos of the Glide Community…

And I think similarly, when we make art, the message is key – even if it is a simple one. You can spend hours creating a beautiful piece of artwork, choosing your colours, arranging your design, adding all those lovely little details. And then you get to the very last bit. The words.

Happy Birthday? Thinking of You? With Love? Thank You?

Sometimes you know exactly what you want to say. Other times, finding just the right words to finish your card can take almost as long as making it!

Which is why I thought we’d shine a light on another of our Clarity essentials today. Our I Am Essential Sentiment Stamp Sets and Groovi Plates. The sort of things that earn their place in your craft stash because you find yourself reaching for them again and again.

Let’s start with the stamps.

A good collection of word stamps is worth its weight in gold. Not necessarily the most exciting thing in your craft cupboard, perhaps, but certainly among the most useful!
