New Year, New Idea – Sunday 3pm-5pm

New Year, New Idea – Sunday 3pm-5pm

Hi there

It’s no good. I can’t wait any longer. It’s time to show you what’s coming up on our Clarity TV tomorrow. When? Where? Who? What??

Well, here’s WHO, WHEN and WHERE

BUT WHAT? That is the question. Ready?

Dave has developed a set of what we are calling STAMP PENS. They are stamp-mounts for small stamps. And boy oh boy! Are they brilliant! The thing is that you can hold them like a pen of course, but you can see right through the acrylic mount – so once again, perfect positioning.

Jazz designed 4 fabulous seasonal sets of small stamps, just to prove how brilliantly they work. The Stamp-Pens work with ANY small self-clinging stamps, but we just thought it would be great to have a load of petite flowers, leaves, twigs, swirls – ALL silhouette stamps.

We have bundled together a set of 4 Stamp pens and the 4 season stamp sets, wrapped them in lovely tissue paper, and put them in a SLOW-DOWN Box, so you can keep the tiny art safe – all in one place. There are an astounding 140 beautiful detail stamps. I’ll say that again slowly.. One Hundred and forty! (Sounds like Luke the Nuke is in the building!) Hahaha. More Stamp Pens are available !! Dave’s been busy! I did realise, as soon as I started playing, that 4 is ok for starters, but I needed more, so that I could mount all the elements I wanted to use in my wreath/composition, without having to unmount, mount, unmount, mount…

Take a closer look at these Stamp Pens. You will see that the pressure point is bang in the centre. That means even pressure, from the centre outwards. Bingo. Just the lightest touch gives you perfect images every time. You have to use them to appreciate how excellent they are.

The little KISS stamps are interesting too. They are ALL silhouettes, instead of outlines. Jazz did a cracking job on these. Whilst they have been grouped into the four seasons, they are totally interchangeable, and will work with so many other stamps in your stash. We thought they ought to be added to the KISS Range – Keep it Simple Stamps. Not only super simple to use, but you do literally kiss the card with the tiny stamps. Magical.

Here is some inspiration from the Clarity Design Team. Delightful samples!

Tomorrow, I have a couple of tricks and tips up my sleeve, for building lovely wreaths and frames with these stamps, so I hope you can join Paul and myself.

In the meantime, we invite you to shop ahead. We have just gone live with the SHOW products on the website. Happy shopping! Here’s the link to the SHOW SHOP

Time to go warm up in front of the log fire! I had a big clear out in the pottery studio this morning – it was freeeeezing! Snow tonight they forecast. It was too cold to actually do any pottery though. I had gloves on! But I have a clean space and a plan now. First thing I want to work on is Dad‘s totem Pole…

Stay safe, stay warm x

Love always

  1. ooh ooh ohhhhh! was wondering what Daves invention was. Blown away just didn’t think it would be that. Pat on the back for that man. A must for your stash as pressure is hard to judge with these little stamps, not the stamps fault I must add with my Elephant hands a few have been a little darker than I would have liked. They are so much fun to play with. The Artistry sets and a spot on sponges make Beautiful wreaths. Perfect for the Kiss range. I wondered how long it would be before you couldn’t hold it in any longer. Fabulous Barb, Dave Jazz and all involved.xx

    1. They jumped into my basket! It’s okay Paul, Pete knows 😂

They look brilliant and the DT have done beautiful artwork.

  2. Oh wow ! Dave’s a clever old Hector ! Just going over to have a look, these look great and in a box too ! Fabulous xx

P.s. doesn’t the Pottery throw down start again tomorrow … I don’t think you’ll have time to take party yet ! X

  5. Loving the totem pole. Looking forward to seeing the show tomorrow, the
products look great. Well done Dave !! n

  6. Wow, these look fantastic. Will make using smaller stamps so much easier and for easier placement of the stamp. Look forward to the show x

  7. Wow! Great idea Dave. Those stamp pens look like they might be just what my arthritic fingers need to get back to stamping. I’ll definitely be watching you on the website tomorrow.

  8. Well done Dave! Many years ago I had Acrylic “poles” of various thicknesses for mini stamps but they were not easy to use as you could not always position them properly. Marrying these mini plates with Pergamano handles was a brilliant idea. Comfy to hold and easy to see where the stamp goes. Love the artwork. See you on tv tomorrow.
I vowed I would reign in my spending this year but you so often come up with such irresistible products that it is going to be hard to not make a purchase.
On my way over to the shop now. Don tell hubby!!!

  9. What a clever idea Dave, you and Clarity have done it again!!
Will be watching the shows on catch-up as at our grandsons 3rd birthday party – jelly and ice cream all round xx

  10. I popped into the Clarity tv web site before checking your blog and was intrigued by these new pens, think I will have to pop back now to place a order, as at times I do struggle getting a clear image with small stamps, whatever way I try. So, a big cheer for Dave. Looking forward to the shows tomorrow, will have to watch on catch up for the second hour, as my dog will want her dinner and walk. See you tomorrow, will tootle back to your Clarity shop now. xxx

  11. Oh these stamp pens are inspired! What a brilliant idea – such a clever chap is your Dave!!
I’ve loved playing with these little wreath stamps – I think they could be a permanent favourite sitting on my craft desk. Looking forward to tomorrow’s show, although may have to watch on catch-up, as I’ve just been promoted to Grandma and am heading off for a first cuddle with my little Xander tomorrow!😍

  12. Those little stamps look amazing – I love making wreaths!!! Hope to catch the shows live tomorrow too if I can xx

  13. What a great idea from Dave & I can quite understand why you are so excited about the pens along with the stamps. Purchase made so I can sit & watch the show tomorrow knowing it will be winging its way here as soon as the Clarity Elves sort all the orders out.
The totem pole looks great, a lovely tribute to your dad. Look forward to seeing it finished but definitely not a day to be out in the garage for too long.
I haven’t ventured out today, spent the day ironing & tidying up my craft room. All scrap pieces of paper & card sorted into colours & put into folders. Who knew you could accumulate so much !! but I have found a large piece of floor & my desk. Now I need to pack away Christmas & get my WIP box emptied by getting them completed. I did find a folder to put my SHAC alphabet in though so now I need to file away A to N & see how many need finishing as I am sure there are a few.
New Years resolution – to complete projects asap & not leave them lurking !!

  14. Wow! Dave has had a brilliant idea and you’ve all worked to make it happen. You’ve also made it a *need* product.
Fiddlesticks. Just as I’d promised my husband i’d limit my crafty spends for a while!! I see its become usual to blame Paul for such lapses, but I think this time it’s all down to Dave!! I will order in the morning, I think. I’ll mull overnight on how many I can justify. I will look forward to seeing your hints and tips tomorrow. xxx

  15. Haha, we’re staying inside, because it’s too hot outside.
Brilliant those new stamp holders. Great thinking Dave!
I would order them if they could be added to my previous order of clubgroovi/ stamp/stencil/ plates. ( postage always adds up if ordering from overseas.) Its very tempting though.

  16. These look fab and fun to use too! What a great idea! They’re yet another ‘must have’ for my ever-growing list!

  17. Brilliant idea well done Dave. Like Cherry I also have a clear pole for really tiny stamps but have never really got the hang of using it correctly. Am now waiting patiently for the show xxx

  18. Morning Barb, wow what a brilliant idea, that Dave of yours is a genius. Looking forward to the shows, hopefully all the deccies are down and packed away by then. Take care and stay warm everyone. Bx

  19. the mounts look brilliant. I have many tiny stamps which would benefit from using these. I can only join you briefly this afternoon, but will watch on catch up.

  20. Just watching the show so read this late what a brilliant idea just incredible. So good for us with problems with unsteady hands it makes life so much easier. What a start to 2025! They will fly off the shelves
