And now for something very VERY edgy…

Hi there

Thanks for popping in. After a busy TV day on Sunday – thank you for shopping with us – it’s time to turn our attention to something very cool, new and edgy. Please allow me to introduce you to the new and oh-so-useful Layout Montage stamps.

Every so often we come up with something excellent at Clarity, something that will really appeal to our Clarity friends. The last “0ooh I love these! Moment” for me personally was the Doodle Dies, the ones which cut out or frame your work. Remember these?

So what’s new Barbie? I hear you ask. Well, I often hear folks saying they have lost their mojo, they don’t know where to start, they struggle with composition and card layouts, doodling is easy when you have a starting point, etc. So here’s a new concept, which I think you will love: our new Layout Montage Collection. It’s very, VERY cool.

There are 3 pairs of Layout Stampsets: 1) Doodle Style, 2) Retro style and 3) Grunge style. Can you pair them up below?

You simply stamp the large composition layout stamp – and then fill it in, build on it, doodle into it – or chop it up! The best part is you can use any stamps, any words, any images. There are lots of additional elements and masks to simplify the process, and they work brilliantly for card making, scrapbooking, mixed media, journaling – you name it!  They really are so useful – a composition and layout master stroke.

I’ve been playing all day – and I can’t stop filling them! I even tried out a faux découpage layout, which worked like a charm. I’ll show you how to achieve this effect on Wednesday at 6pm on The Craft Store TV, when we launch them as a TV One Day Special.

We’ve also got a Clean & Tidy option, for those who love a clean line…these are super cool too, and come in both postive and negative stamp form

It’s amazing how a set of layout stamps can breathe new life into your artwork. They are the perfect stamps to enhance your existing stamp stash.

We’ve also got a super little set of Groovi Layout plates on the show too, designed by Linda. In fact, it was a little Clarity Craft club plate drawn by the lady herself that sparked this whole collection! Thanks Linda, for the inspiration!

The Design team has come up trumps with some super samples too.

See what I mean about using any other stamps you have? Mind you, those miniature stamps which were on the Sunday TV Show are just magic for this. I hope you can join Paul and myself tomorrow for the launch. And by the way, the Special ODS price is also pretty irresistible…

Love and hugs

  7. So many new goodies that you are tempting us with that my list is growing rather long – perhaps I better write a nice letter to Santa telling him that I have been really good !!
Love the samples – lots of inspiration & I can see why you kept playing with them today.
Hope Dave had a nice birthday on Sunday & continues to improve.

  8. Hello Barb, well I think you have done it again, something new, something different. Love the stamps, my personal favourites are the clean and simple ones, because I love the combination of shapes. However, the more I look at the others, the more I am falling in love with the Grunge set. The artwork is astounding, so much variety. Looking forward to the shows. Take care and stay safe everyone.
