Mad as a March Hare!

Mad as a March Hare!

Hi everyone.

I hope you have had a good day whatever you have been up to.

March is just around the corner and it looks like it is going to be an exciting and crazy month at Clarity Towers! Hence the title of today’s blog!

Yesterday on the Clarity Matters Blog, Jordan highlighted the Clarity events for 2020 – Open Days, Retreats and workshops. Click HERE to find out more.

So what do we have in store for March apart from our regular TV Shows on Hochanda?

From the 5th to the 8th March Barbara, Dave and I will be heading across the border to Scotland for the ICHF Creative Craft Show at the SEC in Glasgow. We will be bringing a selection of all things Clarity from stamps, stencils, Groovi and Fresh Cut dies together with lots of crafting essentials. Barbara and I will be demoing throughout the 4 days and Dave will be on the tills to help you with your shopping needs!

After Glasgow, we head back home to reload the van and then set off again a week later for the ICHF Creative Craft Show at the NEC Birmingham from the 19th to the 22nd March. Again, Barbara and I will be demoing throughout the 4 days, Dave & Jilly will be on the tills, Heather will be on the stand helping and restocking and Hazel will be running Groovi Make & Takes. Plenty of coffee and chocolate will be required to keep the energy levels up!

Getting out and about is a real highlight for me, whether it be at exhibitions, open days or the retreats. It is great catching up with friends, old and new. Hearing all your news and what you have been up to.

Whilst talking about being Mad as a March Hare and exhibitions, I thought I would go back through some of Barb’s past blogs. Did you know that if you use the search bar at the top right of this page, you can use key words to search for past blogs. I just searched for Hare and lot’s of different posts came up, including some step-by-step projects. So if you are ever stuck for a project, then give it a try. You never know what you might come across! Anyway, I came across a post from November 2018 (whilst we were at the NEC!) showcasing the Make a Wish 3 Way Overlay Stamp Collection (currently half price in the Club Members Sale)

Check out the Blog HERE and click HERE for the Make a Wish range of products from stamps, stencils and dies.

Time to go eat and chill for the evening.

Don’t forget that the Half Price Club Members Sale is still running and the Celebration of all things Leonie ends at midnight Monday

Happy Crafting!

  4. Hi Paul, thanks for blogging for us in Barb’s absence. Much appreciated by us all I’m sure. I have the hare one that Barb drew, love it. I’ve even used it once, altnough that project is still in the unfinished to do pile…!!! It’s been a beautiful blue sky sunny day here all day, wind has died down too, at last.

These shows must be so gruelling for you all. I hope oor tartan army of Clarity fans descend en masse for all 4 days. I’d be attending and supporting Clarity for sure if my autism had allowed.

Hope you enjoy your evening chilling xx

  5. One of the things in my bucket list is to be able to attend a craft show in the UK! Love watching your shows at Hochanda. I learn a lot from Barbara and Paul, especially about the Groovi! Thanks for the demos and the awesome products!

  6. Hi Paul,
Now that I am unable to get to the events I find the information on the videos useful but it is a pain trolling through so many so thank you for this tip on gaining access to find a particular article.
Love these stamps, used them a lot.
Thank for keeping the blog going. Hope all is well with Barb and her family.
    Have a good evening πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’

  7. Busy month for you all. Can’t make the NEC but I know that all Clarity fans North of the border will be delighted to have you all at the SECC

  8. Hi Paul, been catching up on Maria’s shows today as been away in Cornwall all week with all that atrocious weather. We were with the family so still enjoyed being together. They all walked in wind and rain in the day, we ‘d get texts to say meet us in various cafes along the way and as I can’t walk too much it was brilliant, coffee and cake went down well. Shame we wont make Glasgow much too far but maybe NEC or Crowborough.xx

  9. Hello Paul, well it certainly sounds like a really hectic month for all of you. Unfortunately I cannot make NEC, but I have seen a lot of people who have got tickets for both shows, so I am sure they will be successful. Off to catch up on the Hare step by step. The search function is really handy. Take care all. Bx
