I love the rubber on the back of parchment, looks so soft and beautiful. Glad that you now have the pencils as I only found them before in a pack of 2 for over £10! Have a lovely time relaxing at the spa. Xx
Afternoon bloggy friends, hope everyone is well. Hoping for rain and storms later….according to the lady on the weather!
Hi Donna,
Been the hottest day here that we’ve had for a while – mind you it was lovely in the pool( the coolest I’ve been all day) !! Love and hugs,Alison xxx
We had rain for 3 minutes today, oh it was lovely but then went really sticky. Hoping for cooler weather tomorrow xxx
We have had a lovely day. It started out with a lovely breeze and sunshine. Then it did get warmer, but not too warm and this evening the breeze was quite cool. Perfect weather for doing things and getting the washing dry. Love and hugs to you and Phoebe xx
Hi Paul, lovely to see you back. I really enjoyed your die cutting shows and using the plastic sheet when die cutting is a great tip. I used it today with different coloured card and my plate was so clean. Thank you for sharing and thanks to Dee.
Hello Paul – love the YouTube idea this week, got the stamps out to have a play. Can’t wait for the new fresh cut dies to arrive, will keep me busy for a while. Have a great time Barbara and Dave. Lots of love Donna X
The rubber on the back of the parchment is so effective Barbara and love the different designs in the rounds. Thank you Paul for looking after the blog whilst Barbara is having her break, and am going to catch up on yesterday’s programmes as I missed them. x
Hi Paul, have watched your shows from Sunday a very informative shows.
As I am looking to buy the small Gemni machine any information is well received.
Hope all you are keeping well, and trying to keep cool. Thought l would never say this but I wish it would rain!!!!
Look after yourselves.
Lynn xx
Hi Lynn,
I’m not sure that these dies will fit in the Gemini Go , but they will the Gemini Junior. Love,Alison xx
Hi Lynn, as far as I’m aware the Gemini Go machine has an opening of 3″ so the Clarity dies would not fit through as they are 4″. The next machine up is the Gemini Junior which has an opening of 6″ so this will be fine for the Fresh Cut dies, the layering dies from Clarity go up to 6″ so these might be tight on the platform. Hope that helps. XX
Hi Paul,
The shows were brilliant – well done, and the dies are fabulous. Had an email today from Clarity Towers to say that my flower dies and circle ones have been dispatched today. How about that for brilliant service! Thank you Clarity, you are the best! The video is really good too, love the erasers, especially the white one on the coloured parchment. Think I’m going to have a play with the fisherman stamp. Thanks for stepping in again Paul and hope Barb and Dave are having a relaxing time at the spa. Love Alison xx
Hi bloggy friends,
Been really hot here today so it was lovely to get in a cool pool this morning. Got up to 52 lengths so really pleased with that. Can anyone tell me why I’m having to fill in my name and email address every time I want to leave a comment on the blog – it used to auto fill but stopped doing that for some reason and it’s a real pain having to do it for every comment? Love and hugs to all, Alison xxx
Hi Alison, I found that annoying too…thought it must of been me that had clicked on something! Not sure how to change it. Glad you are having fun in the pool! XX
Oh I thought it was just me, I’m glad you said that. Well done getting up to 52 lengths Alison xxx
Hi Alison – it’s the same for me too.
Very impressed with your swimming. It sounds as though your recovery is going very well. I am so pleased for you. Love and hugs, Gilly xxx
Hello Paul
Wha a great you tube, I like the way this works. Enjoyed watching Barbara do this with the night before stamps on tv. Hope they are having a lovely time at the spa, what a great present from Grace and Mark. Now I’m off to look at the bargains, now where did I put those pencil rubbers I bought last year.
Love Diane x
Haha Diane – glad to hear that I’m not the only one who forgets where I have put things! Love and hugs, Gilly xxx
Hi Diane,
I do that all of the time! I can lose something that I’ve using a minute before! Love and hugs, Alison xxx
Hi Paul, thank you for taking over the blog for Barb, really enjoyed yours and Barb’s shows. Ordered the last 5 Christmas stamps on Sunday night direct from Clarity, had an email today to say they have been despatched, brilliant service.xx
Hi Pam – I seem to be following you! I hope that you and Pete are well. Lots of love and hugs, Gilly xxx
Hi bloggy friends, it is a bit annoying but if you click on the boxes your info comes up and then you click on the info it automatically puts it in. You don’t have to type it in , or at least I don’t. Hope you are all well, so glad it’s been a bit cooler and breezier here today. Well done Allison doing all those lengths, you should be very proud of yourself. Hi Gilly, hope you and Neill are well. Afraid nothing’s changed with me, Pete is doing well. Hope everything goes well with selling your cottage.xxx
Thanks Pam – sorry to hear that you are no better. You are right about the info coming up when you click on the box xxx
Hi Pam,
Thanks. Lovely to have you back but sorry to hear that things are no better for you. Sending love and hugs,Alison xxx
Hi Pam,
Still doesn’t work for me!!
Love and hugs,Alison xx
Hi Paul – thanks for doing the blog again. I do hope that Barbara and Dave are enjoying their Spa break honeymoon. Such a wonderful and thoughtful present.
I loved watching the shows and have written down some of your ideas for using the dies – so that I can refer to them, when I get the dies. Love and hugs, Gilly xx
Hi bloggy friends – it sounds as though you are all going to have new goodies. Enjoy playing with them. Not possible for me to craft at the moment, so they have gone onto my wish list for later in the year.
Still trying to get everything sorted here, as we go to Spain at the end of this month.
The plasterer turned up this evening, thank goodness, but it is going to take him some time to get it done. What will be, will be. Love and hugs to you all, Gilly xxx
Hi Gilly,
How lovely to have you back – missed you. As you can read, I’ve been very naughty again!! Hope you and Neill are ok. I hope Spain cools down a bit before you get there – the temperatures they’ve been having recently would kill me! I struggle with the temperature we’ve been having in this country. At least in the NE it’s not as hot as down south and we have had some rain, the grass is even looking green again! Sending love and hugs, Alison
Hello Paul, great video as always. Thanks for doing the blog, hope Barb and Dave have a lovely relaxing time. Take care all. Bx
Love these stamps and thanks for this great technique x
Hi Paul,
Re-watched your ODS shows today, great tips and demos. Placed an order Sunday evening, advised Tues morning it was on its way, wonderful service.
Supposed to rain overnight and be cooler today, wrong!
We seem to be in a corridor here with the rain and winds passing either side of our area here in mid Norfolk. This heat is not condusive to parching which is irritating as I am itching to get going with all my new stamps, dies and Groovi plates.
On a more cheerful note our wisteria looks gorgeous with an abundancee of blooms.
