Pretty much everything Clarity branded is 33% off on our website until midnight Monday. It’s the biggest sale of the year.

I’m worn out with all this Sale excitement!
Went up to London to a Business Conference yesterday.
It was very, very interesting.
Not what you would expect from a business conference, that’s for sure. I mean, you don’t expect to watch a bloke carve up a turkey, do you?
But what if that bloke happens to be Paul Kelly,
as in Kelly Turkeys?
What a smashing fella! Real down to earth, funny, clever, entertaining.
He holds the World record in the Guiness Book of Records for being the fastest turkey plucker in the world. Apparently, his wife said she has known that about him for many years….
(In the words of Dick Emery, Oooh I say! You are awful, but I like you!)
So I asked if I could take a photo of him for this ’ere blog.
’Cos I said, “thousands of ladies read my blog every day, and they will want to meet Paul Kelly as in Kelly Bronze Turkeys!”
Well! He looked up when I said thousands, I can tell you!!!!

This is Anita, my dear school friend, who runs the Family Business Place. The Annual Conference is her baby.
And a resounding success it was again too.
It was great to see her again – and learn so much, too!
Not just about turkeys either.
I never stop learning, actually. Every day.
I don’t have a business degree, or a law degree, or an accounting degree. I have just owned and run businesses for over 35 years.
Wow. Have never looked at it like that until now either.
I deserve a bloody medal !!!!

Great sale so much to choose from in end opted for cutters pencils and few plates . Just had £30 share Divi paid into bank so might have to revisit lol lol . Thank you so much for your excellent customer service

Haha! Thank you all! I won't get it until we get home in February – so it will be lovely to get it then. I have been able to have it delivered to our neighbours, who are looking after our place whilst we are away. It's been shorts and t-shirt weather here today – we are so lucky xxx

Glad you enjoyed meeting Paul Kelly, and he's made a great job of carving that turkey..lol. It is good to see what other business folk are up to and he may know his turkeys but you sure know a thing or two about what us crafters need and you have a great team to help you. x
My wish list is cleared for now thanks to your generosity too. Hiccup on internet last night wouldn't let me checkout, but the lovely Jennine sorted me out when I rang this morning. You certainly deserve a medal for running one of the best businesses I have come across. Your ethos is amazing and if more companies were like yours the world of commerce would be a nicer place.
I am looking forward to browsing the sale, but can't afford very much this year as I had money saved for it, but I have had to pay my bills with it. There is always next year as I can be very patient!!
I am busy making things to sell at a stall tomorrow in a local school so better get on and create more things!

I haven’t commented for ages, as something went wrong with my account when I was in Canada and I have only just managed to sort it out. However, I have read the blog every day and have kept up with all the exciting happenings.
The day after I flew home, I went to the NEC (yes, I managed to stay awake!) and met Barbara and the team, who are all so friendly and helpful. I didn’t manage to get a place on the make and take, but hopefully will fare better in March!
Today I am AMAZED. I placed my sale order last night and have just had an e mail to say that it is on it’s way. How is that for incredible service? I told my daughter that I expected to wait up to a couple of weeks, but that was ok as I knew it would be busy and all hands would be on deck. It was also such amazing value that I wouldn’t mind waiting. How I underestimated The Clarity team. Thank you all. We really do appreciate all your hard work, not just in the sale, but all year round.

Fantastic sale, I've ordered a couple of Christmas presents already and have left my wish list strategically placed. Are the pink pergamano mats coming too? I knew I should have bought one at Leyburn! What an interesting conference, sounds like you were with like minded people. You don't need a fancy degree, you have a brilliant work ethos and a successful company and thousands of people who think you are doing the right thing and you care about us all. Try to get some rest over the weekend if you can, if not, crank up the music, have time for a laugh and a doughnut and perhaps a dance around the packing area if you get the chance!
