Red or Blue? Xmas Bloggy Offer!

Red or Blue? Xmas Bloggy Offer!

Hi there.
Thanks for popping in.
I was walking through the building today, and saw a pile of these stamps sitting on the side, waiting to go to the NEC.
So…
I decided to throw a little light on them this evening:
Hands up if you have the Ribbon-Writing Stamps which our Jim designed. They are very cool.
Very lovely to use, and very, very versatile!
There are 4 in this collection:
The thing about stamps is
you can do so many things with them!
Look….
Stamped with black Archival on cream card,
coloured in with a red pencil,
and then black striped with a black micron pen.
Or…
Stamped with Black Archival on Kraft card,
Coloured in with blue and pencils to enhance the ribbon writing.
Not sure which one I prefer.
The blue one I think.
And you?
I love this design.
And it works really well with the little
Christmas Decorations set, which Mel designed.
Another beauty!

Let’s have a little bloggy sale on the
Ribbon Writing Merry Christmas
It works beautifully with the Wee Christmas Folk and images too;
just the write size. Err I mean right!
I’m guessing this is Carole P’s but I may be wrong…
Love & Hugs,
Barb

Oh. And PS. These four ribbon-writing sentiments are available as Groovi Plates too!

  1. Hi Barb,
I like both colours but not keen on Kraft card I'm afraid. Add to that that black, red and white are Sunderland's colours ive got to come down on the red! I do love these stamps and plates though – have them all already but if I didn't, I would certainly be taking advantage of your offer. Love and hugs Alison xxx

    1. Hi Bloggy friends,
Hope today has been good for you. Diane thank you for your comment but I think I'll have to tell Gilly about Neill and I – the secret's out now!!! Gilly, only joking !! Dave and I have had a lovely day & that includes swimming. Love and hugs to all, Alison xxx

    2. Oh no!!!! I'm so sorry Alison and Gilly, I blame tiredness!!! We've been up to Aberdeen to celebrate Emma's 21st Birthday with her and our flight was delayed coming home! Getting to bed at 2am does nothing to help the brain cell! Happy anniversary Alison and Dave!!! I hope you've had a wonderful day. Love to you both xxx

  2. I have always loved thes stamps and they have been on the want list for a long time. I will need to sit on my hands this time though as I am uncertain when I will have any income in the future.

  3. Hi Barbara – I think that it's the blue for me! These stamps (& Groovi Plates) are lovely, and I do have the Happy Birthday Groovi plate. Cannot buy anything at the moment as I have just supported the British Legion & bought a Passchendale Poppy for myself & also a bronze pin for Neill. Such a good cause. Love and hugs, Gilly xxx

    1. Hi bloggy friends – I hope that you are all as well as can be and haven't been washed away! Our weather has been mild – but SO depressing, looking forward to later in the week when we have been promised some dry weather. Love and hugs to you all, Gilly xxx

    2. Hi Gilly yes it's been soggy here today too. Sorry I muddled up Neil and Dave! What a thing to do! The poppy sounds beautiful, what a lovely thing to do. Sending hugs xx

  4. Hi Barbara
Oooh I've got the happy Christmas stamps, now where have I put them, I think they are in my groovi bag, I must dig them out and get some cards made. I like the red one best I think, but the blue one is lovely too, what a choice!
    Love Diane xxx

  5. Hello Barb, love the Ribbon word stamps, only have 1 set, but have others on my wish list. I love both the cards, and cannot choose a favourite. Love the other example too. As you said there is so much that you can do with them. Take care all. Bx

  6. Just catching up on your blog tonight Barbara.
I prefer the blue piece, but the red is lovely too….
You guessed right on the artwork – it's mine πŸ™‚
Looking forward to Sunday's shows. Have a fun time xxx
