It’s Time to Retreat!
Hi there!
Thanks for popping in.
Spent most of the day getting the room ready for Day 1
of the Clarity Retreats.
This will be our home now for 8 days, back to back.

Linda, Gail and Jilly turned up early to pitch in,
and then a few other guests came at the last minute,
just checking the location.

| I’ve got a drill, and I’m not afraid to use it! |
So let the games begin.
I do hope our visitors enjoy the projects.
There’s something for everyone.
But now it’s time to retreat, to curl up with my favourite man.
And Dave. He can watch Poldark with me if he behaves.

I'm beginning to get excited. Just made plans with Susan White to met her at the airport, checked the weather and about to go an pull out some clothes. See you on Friday.
I have been sitting in my hotel room, doing some painting to calm my excitement. Really lookup by forward to Wednesday, when I will be there. Enjoy Poldark. xxx Maggie

Hope you've all had a good day. We went into Durham today to listen to the bands in Streets of Brass – brass bands from different countries playing in various open air venues around the city. It was excellent! Not your usual brass bands, I have to say. Really good fun. Also called in at a garden centre to get a patio Rose and as I was coming out there was an Agapanthus in bloom just crying to be bought. Well it would have been rude not to get it! This is my favourite plate and stamp of Jayne's , so I really had to have it and I have to say, it is beautiful , just hope I don't manage to kill it off!!! Love and hugs to all. Alison xx.
