Create & Craft has stopped airing LIVE shows, FACT, until Tuesday (remains to be seen)
LIVE Shows have been cancelled on C&C since 7am this morning FACT.
Our website is still open for business 24/7 FACT
Our regular Clarity TV Sunday show is being aired from Clarity Towers on Facebook Clarity LIVE FACT
It is at 3pm Sunday FACT
Clarity has honoured and dispatched ALL orders, no matter whether they were placed with C&C or Clarity directly. FACT
All Create & Craft orders for Clarity goods were sent out today. FACT
I put on half a stone whilst on holiday FACT 😂😂😂😂😂
Don’t be too quick to believe rumours or gossip. Just go with solid fact. Whenever you hear something, just ask yourself. Is that a fact/ Is that actually true? Or is that just somebody surmising and giving an opinion? Question the source.
We‘re just trying to navigate the good ship Clarity through some turbulent waters. There’s so much going on, so much to consider, so many variables and so much at stake – I HAVE TO STICK TO THE FACTS. No wonder I’ve come home with a pounding headache! All I’ve heard all day is peoples’ opinions! W.A.S. Wait And See. Have you figured out FITMI yet?
Grace is scouring our Facebook pages, too, trying to answer questions and calm folks down. I’m done for the day. Done in!
Proud of our Clarity team though. Such good peeps; I love them. We had our “Cobra meeting” at 8 this morning, and they are certainly rolling their sleeves up to row the oars! Our UK Call Centre on Sunday (hahaha) has grown from Sue on her Jack Jones, to Sue, Pete, Jilly and Jazz! Teamwork makes the dream work. And Grace will be heading up the Online Chatroom all the way from New York too.
So now, all that remains is for you to find us online on Sunday 3-5, and – without putting too fine a point on it – shop with us! Spread the word, tell all your friends, share the date please!
I had wanted to tell you all about the lovely wedding in California this evening, but to be honest, I am absolutely wiped out. Can it wait until Monday? I will tell you all about it in the SHAC on Monday, when we get into the letter L, for LOVE LETTER. Very apt actually. The wedding really was magical. I can honestly say, I had the time of my life! Laughed, cried – and danced all night. Have you ever been somewhere, where you look around, and think “am I really here?”. That was it. Unreal.
Beautiful wedding, beautiful couple. Epic.
But this weekend I have to focus on our new online TV adventure. Please join us on Sunday, 3-5pm, for crafty fun and entertainment – all the way from Clarity Towers to you !

We love you all! You and your lovely team have stepped up to the bar with “the show must go on”. This cannot be what you wanted straight after your lovely break but I suppose it’s into the fire again! I feel sorry for all the suppliers and all the presenters who have their livelihoods put on hold! Shall watch your Sunday show later as I’m busy with family and I am certainly looking forward to hearing all about the super wedding! Hugs to you all.xx

There is always something good that comes out of something bad. I am a great believer in turning negatives into positives. Hopefully, “normal service” will be resumed and all will be well. Just caught up with your news bulletin. I didn’t know anything about any of it so very pleased just to have learned the facts and not been bogged down with speculation and gossip. Thank you. You, your company and your team can always be relied on to do the right thing.
I don’t actually purchase from C&C but always enjoying watching the Clarity shows so I hope, for everyone concerned, things get resolved sooner rather than later.

Can’t wait for the Shac on Monday to catch up on all your news but that will be a totally different vibe with less frenetic paddling below the water line. You know us Shaccers love being in your company and are happy to travel as gently as you need.

Had read the rumors but no good getting on that bandwagon and guessed that was your cryptic saying last night. A big pat on the back to you and your team at CT, always putting us first. Must admit haven’t bought from C&C for years now and always go to your website – don’t buy anything else anymore either. I feel sorry for the presenters and staff and the businesses hit by it.
If you were nearer I’d man a phone line for you ! Hopefully people will use the website to take the pressure off the dream team.
Sod’s law isn’t it, you have a lovely break and have to come back to this. Never mind you have all the memories.
My saying this week was ‘This too will pass’ after our week with Mikey’s dislocated jaw – £1600 for a CT scan 😱 plus x-ray first leading to the scan – thanks heavens for insurance but still have to pay part of it ! he’s now curled up on my lap and just about back to normal, fingers crossed, don’t speak too soon, turn around 3 times and whatever else you can think of!

We can only control what we’re in control of! People will always speculate but, whatever happens, the good ship Clarity will sail on, through choppy waters and calm seas. Thank heavens you have the studio that you can still broadcast from – and I think the new sprites & pixies will blow the doors off!

Google told me -/- FITMI Abbreviation Meaning is -Federation of Innovative Technologies and Manufacturing Industries
I know your FITMI is not the above but thought the use of ‘innovative and manufacturing’ quite apt.

Anyway – I’m looking forward to Sundays show – it will be even better than the TV version I’m sure. Remember Clarity rocks!! How quick are the team responding to this blip – amazing all of you!!!!
I’ll be watching on Sunday. Hoping C&C will find a way out of this, it’s been a big part of my life for the last few years. Watching the demonstrations from all the companies has been inspiring and sometimes when I couldn’t sleep, listening to familiar voices on the overnight repeats has helped me get to sleep when nothing else could. I will always follow Clarity and have always ordered direct from the website but I feel for all the presenters on C&C.
Well, it really has been a day for you all! Thanks for keeping the show on the tv. it actually can be on tv here, as I took the opportunity to work out how to get our tv connected to YouTube. I managed to watch you live at lunchtime for the first time. Thanks for keeping us in the loop.
As for FITMI … well others got there first!
Instead, I’ll send you my own phrase of the moment, which I found on a little sign in Bakewell, Derbyshire.
” Everything is figureoutable” pretty much how I roll from one hour to the next. Of course, not everything is in control, so we work round the blips and bumps in the road.

You’ve said over the years, Barb, don’t sweat over the things you can’t control. I can’t influence what’s happening in TV land or control what others are saying online (I certainly don’t pay attention to the gossip!) But I do control where my support and gratitude goes, and they go wholeheartedly to your good self, Dave, Grace, Paul and the whole fantastic Team Clarity. So on Sunday between 3 and 5pm ( or until the Barb and Paul Show ends), I will be in front of a screen watching your awesome demos and being amazed, inspired and entertained! After a little order has popped into the website, of course! 😄
As to your acronym, well I know what that was, you’ve used it a few times before and several members of our lovely Clarity Community have answered above, but based on what you’ve said in your Blog, it might also stand for Fact It To Manage It!

I don’t do social media, can’t be doing with the speculation, rumours and viciousness that it generates.
Thank you for giving us the facts. I got hubby to sort out a way for me to access your announcement on the main TV as I find things difficult to watch on a lap top. I am hopeless with technology (it’s my age!!!) but I’m ready now to watch on Sunday. Will be with you all the way.
Your team is brilliant, stepping up to support Sue on the phones, and all at short notice. They will all be behind you in this difficult time as will the rest of the Clarity community.
Will you be putting the wedding photos on a blog ? Judging from the ones above it was a great event.

Have always ordered direct from Clarity, will continue to do so, though I can see the craft channels are good to introduce new people to crafting.
Seeing you years ago stamping some birch trees was what inspired me, though I couldn’t take up crafting until I retired and then never took to stamping maybe one day, but love parchment craft and your Groovi Tuesdays are a godsend for beginners.
Don’t worry people love you and all you do. Your eternal optimism is an inspiration to us all, picks me up when I am down, so carry on regardless.

Hi Barbara, just watched your video, and imho, I think you should continue to broadcast your shows from Clarity Towers, after Sunday’s show. After all, Crafters Companion have been doing this for 5 years now, from their premises, with great success. Customers from all over the world are able to watch and shop via Facebook and YouTube.
