Our Floral Friends are Fabulous!

Thanks for popping in. Early early here. All washed and packed, waiting for Paul to pick me up at 5.30, and then off we go, to the TV Studios, to set up for a couple of TV shows today: 1pm & 4pm on Create & Craft. They are long days, those TV days! But we are grateful for the opportunity x
What are we showcasing? Well, at this time of year, when it’s cold and grey most days, we thought some beautiful, original, unique flowers might be very welcome. And these beauties by our dear friend Mel Turner are just delightful. Whether as stamps, stencil Groovi or dies, you’ve got to admit, these designs are pretty exceptional!

Marvellous. What a team!! They really do bring our art to life. And Mel’s designs are just beautiful! Just like true friends, they are adaptable, always a pleasure to see, work well very together, sit side by side and don’t clash.

Hope you and Paul have a good journey up to TV land. Although many of us will probably have these I do like it when you re-visit older products as it encourages us to get them out again and have a rejuvenated play. There are of course new people joining all the time who won’t have seen them so they too can be inspired. Xx
Hello Barb, and Driver Paul, hope you had a good journey up to the studios. 5.30amm is certainly a very early time to get up on a Saturday, although is the time I get up every day to get hubby off to work! Looking forward to the shows. I love my flower round dies, I used them on my Thank You cards for my 60th Birthday. Love all the inspiration from the team, so much variety and arty goodness. Bx

WOW 5.30 start is early but hopefully being a Saturday traffic may be a bit quieter – one can only hope. Bonus is its dry & no snow !!
The DT samples are beautiful & lots of new ideas on how to make the best of the collection. I might just get my stash out & have a play – get ahead with gifts by making sets of notelets/ blank cards.
