Give them wings!

Give them wings!

Hi there

Thanks for popping in. Just got in from 2 days in TV-land, and that’ll do!! Thanks you for watching and supporting; I hope you enjoyed the shows if you watched. Today was butterflies, birds and bunnies, with an egg or two thrown in for good measure.

Brand new Butterfly stamps designed by Jazz and Lisa, to work with our 3D Butterfly & Stand die sets, but they also work without the dies

Available in small and large, just like the dies

Also on the show was the very first Cut Card Kit – On the Wing. All made by Dave, and very close to my heart.

together with the decorator stamps, which are so very, very useful!

If you are into your die cutting we also had the 3D Bird & Stand dies on the show

Also on the show the Whimsy Hares with the Slow Down with Clarity Book Box Storage

and the Easter Egg with the Slow Down with Clarity Book Box Storage

Here is some inspiration from the Design Team, so you can take a closer look…

Time to stop for today.

Please help me out with a quote for today. Pick a favourite. Pick one you live by. And write it below. I would love that.

Love always

  1. My favourite quote is from Shelley, Percy Bysshe that is, ‘If Winter comes, can Spring be far behind?’ It reminds me that however bad things may be there will always be better to come.
Loved the shows today. Have a wonderful restful weekend. Xx

  2. Don’t put off til tomorrow what you can do today. If you do it today and like it you can do it again tomorrow.
One of my grandmas favourite sayings xx

  3. I’ve always like ‘Now is not forever’ and This too shall pass’ Pretty much the same meaning but much needed advise in a very difficult time , thankfully some time ago now. Lovely samples from the team.

  4. You’re only here for a
short visit. Don’t hurry. Don’t worry. And be sure to smell the flowers along
    the way.”
    -Walter C. Hagen

    Good quote for us crafters!
Crafting slows us down keeps us in the moment and stops us focusing on bad thoughts!

Wow those shows were great Barbara . And another wow – look at all that inspiration above. Fantastic tips and tricks – hope if you purchased and many seemed to, I hope you enjoy your order as much as I enjoyed making the samples!

  5. BY EMILY DICKINSON
“Hope” is the thing with feathers –
That perches in the soul –
And sings the tune without the words –
And never stops – at all –

  6. Loved the shows and so many beautiful goodies!
Thought this quote suits the theme of today. Not sure where I read it but very apt…
‘ A heart without dreams is like a bird without feathers’

  7. A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new…. Albert Einstein. I hope I still make a few!!

  8. “Hate, it has caused a lot of problems in the world, but has not solved one yet.” -Maya Angelou

  9. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”
An oldie but still a good rule to live by.
Rest up now after all that tv work. Xx

  10. Stress less, Craft more WSJ I had the energy. Completely washed out and fighting black dog (apologies for truth) Maybe fake it to make it and tomorrow is another day!

  11. Loved your shows over the last 2 days Barbara and you must take a well deserved rest now.

One of my favourite quotes from you is ‘It is never the event but how you deal with it that will ultimately affect you’.

  12. Great shows, manage to watch them all and placed an order.
“Live, love, laugh and be happy”
    Stay safe. 🍒

  13. My grandmother used to say:
If you only have a shilling, spend sixpence on bread for your body and sixpence on hyacinths for your soul!
    Great shows today, thank you!

  14. Great shows! Especially liked the bunny stamps but could we please have them in a Groovi plate, thank you!

Life is short: take the trip, buy the shoes, eat the cake…..! 💜

  15. Hi Barbara
Two quotes if that’s ok. You need to love yourself before you can love others and If plan A doesn’t work there are 25 other letters in the alphabet.
    Love Ruth and Jackie xx

  16. Make time for what matters, don’t sweat the small stuff… I think that pretty much sums up what I learned from the Hospice when my Dad was an outpatient there – plan, prepare and prioritise. I don’t always manage it, but it definitely changed my perspective and I certainly try to live by it.

  17. My husbands fav saying borrowed from Denise Lewis is “never allow a negative thought” when he was going through some tough times he used to write NANT on the back of his hand, it helped him through cancer, and heart problems.

  18. So many great quotes already that I can’t think of anything new at the moment.
Loved the inky shows today, already have the butterfly dies so now need to decide which stamp to get as I don’t really need another complete bundle although that has the largest savings. The DT have come up with some great samples.
The bunnies with the tree stencil project was one of the first ones I did as Easter cards when I found Clarity – not sure what year that was but think I need to have another go. If I look through my moms collection of my cards I will probably find the Easter card I made her.
Tomorrow we have Tina to look forward to with more Groovi projects.
What a great few days !!

  19. Two days of magic shows, Barb, from your good self and Paul and the input of the awesome Team Clarity and the amazing Design Team. I really like the new butterfly stamps to go with the dies, and look forward to having some fun with the cut card kits!
“Life is happier with a smile on your face, a song in your heart and kind words on your lips”.
Take care, Barb, travel gently and rest easy.

  20. Like Linda, my favourite is “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”.
If more people followed this, the world would be a kinder place.
Have a good and restful weekend. X

  21. Mine is – ‘just deal with today’, not a famous one, but one which has stood the test of time with me.
I just love all the new products. x

  22. My mum used to say, “sleep on it, Tomorrow is another day. ” And ” Every cloud has a silver lining. So true.
Still have to watch both shows this weekend, but looking at the sample cards, I am in for a treat. LOVE the butterflies.

  23. Dear Barbara. Enjoyed the shows and have recorded them handy to look back. Hope you’re resting now. Thank you to the team for my sale parcel, which arrived today. Some more lovely things to use. Xxx

  24. Hello Barbara

  25. Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass.
It’s about learning to dance in the rain.

This quote helps me so very often.
    xxx Lonneke

  26. A smile cost’s nothing. listen with your eyes and see with your heart, feel the sound and only speak what is nice.
Great shows just started to catch up.
    By Tina Morris

  27. Will have to watch shows on catch up as I had to get my mum’s care package sorted yesterday and plants into the garden before the rain!
“A smile costs nothing and can brighten someone’s day” was a favourite saying of my nans, and I’ve found it to be very true! Or, on a similar theme “It takes more muscles to frown than to smile” – and there is research now which suggests positive people live longer!!! x

  28. Loved the shows and so much loveliness to choose from. Lots of my Mum’s favourites are already here but her Nana used to tell her “It’s better to wear out shoes than sheets”. I’m rather fond of a snooze myself although I like to be up and about in the morning now I’m retired.

  29. ‘Eat more cake’ – advises Mole.
Loved the the shows and all the brilliant demos and DT cards!
    Love Rosemary T xx

  30. When I was growing up my mum would say “If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything.”
I now fancy some crumpets & cheese Barbara 😂😂

  31. Barbara glad your on the mend 🤗
a few years back I was have a realy bad day everything that could go wrong did go wrong.
my daughter said “it’s juat a bad day mum , not a bad life 😊 how true ♥️

  32. I was born with renal failure I’m now 48 and awaiting my 3rd kidney transplant. When i was a little girl my mum always use to say * theirs someone out there so worst off then you are , be grateful for what you have * till this day it’s always made me feel better and so grateful thanks mum x

  33. Great shows and samples today. Well done team.
One of my favourite quotes is:
A room without books is like a body without soul.
    Can’t remember who said it.
    Take care x

  34. Hi Barb, loved the shows, all the new stamps and dies are brilliant. The demos were fantastic, and as for all the inspiration from the Design Team, all I can say is wow! Quotes shared are very inspiring too, and am going to write some of them down. Hope you got some rest after the shows. Bx
