Sunday 3pm-5pm – so much to be scene!

Hi there

Thanks for popping in.

Sunday’s Clarity TV Show on Create & Craft is right up my street! We’ve been working on these masks and stamps for a while now, and I love ‘em!

Landscapes and Leaves – what a fabulous combination!

I have always maintained that our masks – pound for pound/dollar for dollar/hour for hour – are such superb creative value for money. And the new Build-a-Scene masks are certainly that! I have been prepping for the show since Wednesday! Why has it taken so long? Well, because I got carried away playing! You just can’t help trying out and experimenting; the possibilities are endless!

Here are a few lovely samples from the talented Clarity DT…

I decided to introduce the Leaf Masks at the same time, so here’s one from myself, combining a leaf shape and the above. As I said, endless possibilities for creating little landscapes.

When it comes to making a scene, there’s nothing quite like our KISS range of Bijou Landscapes. And we’ve added another 2 sets to the collection. Jazz designed the. Absolutely exquisite: Star Flowers and Doodle Flowers.

I was given the task of making the artwork for the two new inserts, and in a bid to save some time thought I’d demo these in the show too, so they’ll be at the top of the pile on Sunday!

Dave has been busy with some brand new bijou card blanks and envelopes. They are the size of ATC’s, but double, and scored. Which is what I used in the little bijou cards. They are so so cool!!! You get 20, plus 20 paper envelopes, scored but not folded.

Look ! I got carried away using them with another set of clever landscape stamps which are on the show too: our 3-way overlay Treescape stamps, illustrated by our friend, Mel Turner. Perfect size! Perfect stamps. You can get the matching stencil and die too.

There’s a new layering die set being released on Sunday too. A beaut, illustrated by Mel Turner too. Superb. And they are the perfect companion to those landscaping masks..

I hope you can join me for my final TV show of 2022 on Sunday at 3pm-5pm. I’m really looking forward to showcasing these Build-a-Scene products. Landscapes and scene-building with a brayer, paper moons and torn paper were my thing for many many years, and this is a more refined 2022 extension of that really, isn’t it.

Hahaha! I didn’t have to search for long. Look!

All done in 2012…10 years ago! How time flies….

Paul is heading up the One day Special on Wednesday 7th December, but that will be it for the year on telly. Gives us a chance to regroup and have a reshuffle at Clarity Towers! Oh and get ready for CHristmas!

  2. Looking forward to the shows. They will help me get over the health shocks I’ve had this week.
Must get cracking on some special cards for early next year just in case I have to take a break from crafting for a while.
