We had a Team meeting, put a few (what we consider to be helpful) additional steps in, to speed up picking and dispatch etc.
We’ll do the absolute best we can. That’s all we can do. Bear with us if we take longer than you would wish. We are aiming to turn orders round quickly, and get all orders out the door in good time for Christmas. But it’s difficult to give a date, because we don’t know yet how busy we will be, what you will buy and what we will have to make! We’ll have a clearer picture next week.

Amazing Barbara. the Gray Friday sale is so tempting! And no worries Team Clarity, we know how hard you work and what incredible things you achieve for us Clarity crafters! You are the BEST! Off now to search the shop and pick up a treat (or2)as a Christmas present to me 🎅🏻
Disappointed that one die set popped out of my basket whilst I was searching for more items and when I went back to it ….it was showing as out of stock! 🙁
So I treated myself to something else instead…several items in fact 🙂
I’m really looking forward to my “Christmas presents to me” to arrive. I just hope I intercept the delivery before my fiancé gets to see that I have been up to hehehe. Thanks to Barbara and all her team, a fabulous sale, keep up the good work.
There are only so many hours in the day & so what ever time it takes to pick the orders so be it. No true Clarity fan will mind waiting for the postman to deliver the parcels & we must also remember that once it has been dispatched it is out of your hands as to how long the delivery takes.
Have a good trip tomorrow up to the studios even if you have to make an early start. I have put the shows on to record so that I can refer back to it later.
Now to check the website out & place another order.
