Trees and Flowers
Hi there
Thanks for popping in. Monday’s blog is Trees & Flowers, right? So let’s take a look at a rather special tree. This design is called “The Happy Couple”
I drew this tree for our Wedding Invitation, as a paper cut, and we actually laser cut all our invites. Then, several crafter-friends mentioned that it would make a nice die – no sooner said than done! And that is how our Clarity Fresh Cut Dies were born: out of the wedding invitation!
Here is a simple gallery, showing off the die cut….and how we make good use of the scrap!
Perfect little die for all sorts of occasions actually, not just weddings! Anniversaries, Thinking of you, Valentines, Love You and Miss You, Birthday – loads! That might be why it is actually our most popular die! Nice!
So while there’s still a 20% discount code up for grabs till midnight tonight (12th April 2021), if you spend £30 plus, perhaps you might fancy having a little look at this design – and the others in that particular collection. There are additional savings on all the bundles .
When you click on the DIE bundles, we’ve also embedded a YouTube video in the webpage, so you can follow a step by step on how I made the Trap the Scrap canvas above. CLICK HERE FOR THE DIES
Stay safe.
Love and hugs

I love these images and they are definitely on my wish list which is getting longer by the minute !! xx
Love these. I need to make space by my die cutting machine. Need to get organised. It’s finding the time!! To busy Shac ing and groov ing 🤣
ALL the Fresh Cut dies are so useful and these have been very popular on my cards, Sold quite a few. Your papers really set them off.
Have a good evening.
I think its time for die cuts
That’s funny. I was showing my neighbour today how the dies work and the cards I had made with that collection. Love them. Hxx
Love these they are so delicate definitely on the list
Oh Barbara there are just more and more things I want. I love the design. Have a good evening. Take care. Hugs xxx
First time reading your blog Barbara, just like everybody else my list is getting bigger and my excitement too.
Getting to grips with parchment at the moment , however love everything else.
They are lovely and come on my wishlist!
Take care and stay save.
Lots of love, Trijntje Huppel
Love the dies, have used Daisy & friends today & trapped the scrap ready to make toppers for another card.
Placed an order this morning then suddenly remembered something else I wanted /needed so have just been back.
Now to finish off my PTC swap for April & a couple of cards.
Love the Fresh Cut dies. I’m not surprised this one if your bestseller – it works on so many levels and occasions. Have already put in a couple of cheeky orders for the AllyPally discount – must resist any further temptation…!
Hi Barb,
Love these dies! I have used them loads of times (although not recently I must admit) and the cards have always been well received. I have really got into stamping recently , hence not using dies recently, but having seen this tonight, I might just have to get the dies out and check that my Gemini is still working! Love and hugs, Alison xxxx
Hello Barb, some of my favourite dies, still on my wish list though, and I really like the variety of images you have shown. I love my fresh cut dies, and use them often. Take care and stay safe everyone. Bx
Today we start emptying our storage unit and moving into our new house! I need to check my inventory of craft stash before I make any more orders, but have lots of ideas and club dies to use once I get my Gemini back up and running xxx
Oh I have this die. Love it but I haven’t used for a while – time to get it back out I think. Lots of fresh ideas in the images you have shown here. Thanks Barbara! X
I love these dies and am lucky to have the set plus the Groovi Plates. They have been so useful, made canvases with the scrap following your demos and in black on a white background they have pride of place now in the lounge. Thank you again for another superb collection.
Had to watch the Shac on catch up last night and felt your pain over the terracotta blow up in your kiln. On a much smaller scale I was experimenting with air dry clay last Saturday trying to make stamps. All going quite well until I decided to speed the drying in the oven . Everything cracked!
Lesson in patience learned-hopefully. xx
