Sitting here in the kitchen with Dave, Linda and Rob Williams.
Whilst they listen to a pod cast on why we are all magnesium deficient (wtf ??), I decided to blog and share some very interesting news with you. 
Magnesium gives you flatulance. 
Sorry. I really must stop listening, and concentrate on you!

Starting in January, we are firing up our Youtube Channel again. The first thing we will be doing during the first month is answering all the questions which you recently put to us.
Rosie and I got together to start with, so the first few are Groovi and parchment related.
But during the coming months, several other Clarity friends of ours will be guesting, and we are getting right back into You Tube Tuesday.
And YouTube Friday.
And YouTube Thursday! But let’s just take it one day at a time.
We mean business you know. 
In fact, we have even built a purpose-built recording studio.
A fabulous log cabin, just for the job.
I will take a photo of it when the sun is shining, and show you.
What is going to be our direction in 2018?
YouTubes and Workshops  –  Workshops and Youtubes.
Stress uses up Magnesium.
We already have a very strong library of videos, but we think the time has come to do a few more. Lots more.

  3. Now does that mean that if I have more magnesium I might get more sleep? Must look up the best way to get magnesium. I think I am already subscribed to the Clarity YouTube channel, and I am really looking forward to the new videos. In the meantime, just relax for now, ready for your wonderful family get together.     1. Natural sources are
      Green, leafy vegetables, like spinach
      Beans, peas, and soybeans
      Whole-grain cereals
      However it is important you don't have too much!
      It's worth reading up about it!

  5. More utubes will be great. Can't take magnesium with the tablets I'm on. Pity that because evidently they do help you sleep. Can't eat lots of veg either, so a non starter for me I'm afraid.

Need more sleep less pain would be great but even better a dose of clarity YouTube every week just what doctor ordered, had two days at the retreat in summer oh yes all booked cannot wait do miss my clarity fix big hugs lots love hope not to many Brussels cause you know what they do !! haha xx

  8. Wow! I found an article about magnesium yesterday on Pinterest. It was really interesting and amazing how a lack of it causes so many things to be out of kilter! I am now going to make sure I eat whole grain cereals and green veg!
    I am looking forward to seeing what you share on you tube in 2018.
