23 Days to go – A Stencil Tree-t

23 Days to go – A Stencil Tree-t

Hi.

2nd December. Boy oh boy. Where did November go? Actually, where did 2025 go? Bonkers. I am feeling very achy today, hot and cold, headache etc. So I shall be staying out of everyone’s way, and dosing up on ginger, lemon and honey. This too shall pass.

Day 2 of the Bip the Bear Hunt. How did you find the clue yesterday? Easy? Tricky? If you missed it, you can always catch up. All the clues and tips can be found HERE

Yesterday was a good day at work. The last day of our Gray Friday Sale went off with a bang; I hope you managed to find something cool and arty, to get your creative juices flowing. Thank you for supporting us.

December and January are what I like to refer to as the challenging months. The bills are bigger than ever and the taxman comes a-calling, but the sales are smaller than ever. So it’s always a comfort to get some kindling and logs ready for the cold months, as it were. Hence the sales. December is Club Subscription month though, so that always helps. If you re-subscribe for the next year in full before 31st December, we have set up double-points. Nice.

The SHAC Tree-Triangles went down a storm, and it was so gratifying to see loads of Triangle trees popping up all over Facebook. Weren’t they easy and fun? I really enjoyed that little project.

And many of you invested in the masks, which I have to say make the process so SO much easier! FIND HERE

The afternoon Clarity TV session went well too, although I was cream-crackered by the time I switched off the cameras! The lurgy was already creeping in, methinks…

So Celebration Bip made a debut appearance. That’s definitely one to add to the collection. He’s still at the Super Saver price, if you missed him…HERE

And then I showed you how to use a large tree stencil to make a small tree card! Trees were the topic yesterday! Still at half price too…HERE

Louise will be in the Groovi Tuesday saddle at 10am, and Paul – who is muchly recovered now – will be hosting a 2pm show, which looks interesting too.

Time to go find a cat and close my eyes. These screens are bright!!

Love and Clarity

  1. I always love doing the christmas hunt as it tests my knowledge/memory on the products brought by you and the team. If you were stuck for a quick last minute christmas card then your tutorial is a must. Hope you feel better soon; trying to get rid of a cold as I’m due to have a small procedure next week (and you know how long it takes to get to the front of any waiting list), so fingers crossed.

  2. Lovely to have Bip guiding us to the answers to the Christmas Hunt clues this year. Hope you’ll have a restful day Barb and feel better very soon. x

  3. Hi Barbara,

Yesterday’s shows were brilliant, those little trees were amazing and so effective. Masks are a must me thinks.

Take it steady, relax and take the time to heal. Sending lots of love and big hugs xXx

  4. So sorry to hear that you are feeling rough and wishing you a speedy recovery – lots of tea and rest, and cuddles with cats!

Enjoyed the shows yesterday – beautiful artwork!

  5. I do hope that thelurgy doesn’t mean you are poorly for too long! Our daughters just gone down with it too! Definitely rest and have lots of fluids. Yesterday’s shows were great. It’s been a while since I could watch both live and I really enjoyed it. Did nod off at the end of the afternoon show, but I have an excuse as I’m not well! 😳..
I replayed the bit I’d missed! Looking forward to today’s shows. Have a rest Barbara. You need it! Xx

  6. Paul was obviously being very generous and passed around what he had been suffering from, glad to hear he feels much better now. Loved what we did in the Shac, just what the doctor ordered for me at least and the 2.00pm show was great too. Be kind to yourself and take it easy so that you can recover sooner rather than later.

  7. Hi Barbara,
I loved the shows yesterday – the trees were just my thing. Thank you so much for all the effort you put into keeping us busy and bringing us hours and hours of pleasure.
Take care of yourself and rest if you can until you are feeling better. x

  8. Take good care of yourself, Barb. I hope you’re feeling much better soon. Yesterday’s shows were fantastic, great demos with lots of tips and tricks, just how we like it. Of course, temptation came my way and a little order popped in! 😄 And I think it’s time to renew my Clubs subscriptions! Time for a chat with Sue! 😊
Loving the Hunt, as always! Two out of two, so far, fingers crossed for the rest. Always good to start the day with some brain exercises!
Snuggle up, dose up, and listen to Dave, he’ll have you back on your feet in no time.
Take care, Barb, travel gently. 😊

  9. Oh!!!!off to bed with you Barbara plenty of fluids. Yesterday’s Shac and tv were great loved the trees although have still got to finish mine. Having fun finding Hip so far so good. Hope you feel better soon.❤

  10. Sorry to hear you have caught the lurgy – hope it soon disappears but no use fretting over that, it will take as long as it takes but stay in the warm & dose yourself up.
BIP found, Blog read & commented so now to go & catch up with Louise & Groovi Tuesday
    Take care xx

  11. Keep warm and I hope you feel better soon. I loved doing the trees in the SHAC, may even make a few more Christmas cards! Xx

  12. Hope you are feeling OK and a bit of a rest was all that was needed.
The clue yesterday was pitched just right, I feel.
Sorry that I didn’t partake in the Gray Friday sale as my budget was blown on the last sale and I still have my Groovy club membership to renew: but not today as hubby and I are celebrating (in a very, very low key way) Our 53rd wedding anniversary. Married in 1972 at 9.15am at Bromley Registry Office (no longer there) on the Saturday (the bride wore a brown trouser suit ensemble: very boutique 70s) one night spent, absolutely knackered, at the Bromley Court Hotel then got on the train on the Sunday to Newcastle ready for Simon to start his first job after graduating on the Monday: still not had a honeymoon 😂. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

    1. Hope you feel better soon Barbara. Enjoying the hunt for BIP but don’t remember seeing who won and the answers last year. Perhaps I just overlooked them. Looking forward to getting more Pergamano tools for Christmas from my hubby!

  13. Take care Barb. The weather is so changeable at the moment. I enjoyed watching your show yesterday afternoon using the tree stencil. Now I’ve got another idea for my cards!
It is fun finding Bip using your clues. Please keep making us use our knowledge of all your super products to solve the riddles.
Listening to the rain on my conservatory roof, I think staying indoors with my crafting and a cuppa a good idea. Luckily I have a loving dog who will be joining me – she won’t go out if it is raining.
Stay in the warm and hopefully you’ll be feeling better soon.

  14. Dear Barb,
Yesterdays and last weeks SHAC was wonderful, I did soooooo enjoy it. I’ve only just starting to join in on the Shac (I know!!) but the tree sessions were phenomenal and really encouraged me to do more of picking up the pencil and sketching etc.

I do hope you get well soon, i’m sure you must also be run down with all the work load and pressure. Shall keep supporting Clarity. Love Cal xx💐

  15. Hope you feel better soon, obviously doing the rounds at Clarity, Paul first, then you and I think Louise sounds not so good (just catching up!). I thought it was signing up time again. Will sort that out. I’ve had some highlights in hair today so feel a bit more cheerful ! X

  16. Late to the party but thought I’d just comment to say although not always able to read every post on day it is written, I do read them without need for blog candy! You always have something interesting to say, you are always worth a read, so pleased to hear you are looking to continue your daily chats. Don’t worry about always being positive, today you’re feeling a bit pants, so our turn to send the positive vibes and hoping you feel a bit better tomorrow. The community you created is exactly that, a community that looks out for each other and sends that kindness out so lacking in lots of places. So rock on Barbara and BTW December Christmas hunt is always my favourite time of the year, perfect antidote to the madness that is the Christmas run up. Day 2 clue done, email prepared and ready to fill in, roll on Christmas.

  17. Look after yourself Barb. On my way home from the Albert hall. Then going to Norfolk tomorrow, back Thursday – need to fix curtains/Roman blinds in my brothers flat! Xxxx

  18. Hi Barb, hoping you are feeling much better. I missed the Shac, but going to try catch up today. Will put the masks on my wish list. Bx
