36 Days to Christmas – We love a Robin!
Hi there
There’s a little robin redbreast in our garden. He follows you everywhere! If I sit on the bench and have a cuppa – there he is an arm’s length away on the arm rest. If Dave chops wood, there he is again, perched on a log right there. When I load things into m car, he sits on the fence, watching me walk back and forth. I hear this a lot. Mum has a pet robin in her garden too. What about you?
So I thought we’d shine a light on some fabulous robin design we have in our cupboard. They are such a delight, aren’t they? We added the red cardinal too. He’s so pretty!
GROOVI FIRST…

There’s a lovely cute stamp set too…

We’re still ploughing through the sale orders, but I have been told we should get the last of them out by the end of this week. We do apologise for the long wait; the sheer volume of orders took us by surprise, and since we make to honour all orders – even when we sell out of an item – this slows us down. Throw in the Christmas Open Days and workshops, a spate of flu at work, a machine breakdown ….. Well, it has been a challenge for sure! Please bear with us. 90% of the orders are clear. If yours is still waiting, it will be waiting on something specific that we have to make or assemble.
Love and Clarity

Hello Barb, yep we have a little Robin that keeps popping in. As the saying goes “Robins appear when Loved ones are near”. Love the art work, the Robin stamps are just perfect for festive cards. Take care everyone. Snowing here in MK this morning. Bx
Morning Barbara,
Ahhhh everyone needs a little Robin Redbreast watching over them. For me it is very comforting. I sadly lost my Sister in 2007 to a brain tumour. Robins were her very favourite bird. On the day of her funeral while I was getting dressed. A robin flew and landed on the bird feeder I had attached to my window. He stayed the whole time I was dressing, no more than a couple of feet away from me. Now I have moved to Somerset and a robin visits me everyday.
These robins will definitely be winging their way to me. Then I’ll have them with me always.
Thank you for the most wonderful couple of days spent at the open days…..magical. And especially for the kind words and wisdom you gave to Mandy. Sending love and big hugs xXx
Lovely artwork!
At the moment we live in a 3 storey house with the kitchen and living room on the first floor, so we attached a bird feeder to the window so we can see them. We get lots of beautiful birds visiting – blue tits, coal tits, goldfinches and of course robins! It gives us great pleasure to watch them. We even had an woodpecker one day……!
When we move, I hope we get lots of birds visiting our feeders there – a 2 storey house, so we will be able to see the garden from the kitchen and living room!
Hi Barbara
Olivia. Leah and I would like to thank you and all your team for a great time at the open day on saturday and your workshop on sunday, we really enjoyed our time in Ditton. Thank you for the advice you gave Olivia about your pottery Kiln.
We woke up to heavy snow falling here in Hughenden Valley, its stopped now but our dog wondered what was going on when I let her out.
Love from Janet, have a great Christmas with the family. xx
PS It was nice to meet Grace.
Love robins. They will be the theme for my Christmas kitchen this year. I have been putting robins on my Christmas tree for years. The baby bird cut outs I have left will be coloured as robins to join the blue tits I coloured last year.
At our last house a robin nested in the hedge just outside the patio doors. It was magical to watch the chicks fledge and fly away. The bird came back every year, whether it was the same one or later generations I don’t know but since moving here I haven’t seen any.
Received my sale order at the end of last week and had a wonderful time going through the big box. Still waiting for a few more orders but happy to wait for as long as it takes.
Stay well, stay safe in this cold weather.
Love to see robins around my garden and bird feeders. It’s snowing here and I’m glad I’ve topped the feeders up.
As for my orders. I know I’ll get the stuff from yourselves and I don’t need to worry about timing. The good things in life are worth waiting for, and that goes for really good fish and chips too.
We have a robin who visits our garden most days, when my husband is out there digging the vegetable patch he sits watching – now doubt waiting for a worm to appear. We will miss him when we move but perhaps he will find us as we are not going far !
This countdown to Christmas seems to be gathering pace or is it just me ? I really need to get some cards finished especially the ones that need to go in the post most importantly the ones for overseas. I had such plans to be organised this year but there’s always next year 😂
The Clarity Team deserve medals for all their hard work – they are definitely the Dream Team xx
Hi Barbara
Often see a robin when I walk makes me remember Mum. Thank you for your kind words at the open day on Friday. Just purchased this stamp so will be having a go.
Love
Ruth and Jackie xx
The three robins are my favourite bird stamp, now, I wonder, do I need the Groovi plate too?
We have a resident garden robin, will come quite close if I sit out quietly with a cuppa and a book in the summer. It’s always a delight to see him hopping round the garden. Stay safe and warm indoors, it’s very cold, sleety and windy outside today!
We actually had sleet this morning which is something of a rarity these days this far south. Just made myself a cupof hot chocolate to watch it whilst it lasted sitting by the open fire – bliss. Love the singing robins stamp.
