Hi there

It’s my birthday today, and, whilst I am starting to feel my age, I’m also very grateful to have reached 66! As our Grace always tells me, it’s a privilege not afforded everybody. So with that in mind, I am very happy to be here today, in very good health and with a loving family – I’m sure you understand me!

That said, Dave and I will spend the morning at the hospital, because today’s the day they remove the dressing after Dave’s knee surgery, and the surgeon checks his handiwork. He’s doing well – Dave, that is! It’s quite astounding how the body can rally in such a short time. A fortnight ago, they literally sawed his leg in half, whipped out the knackered knee and completely replaced it with a titanium one. This afternoon, using crutches, he was comfortably walking along the garden path to the garage, and back to the house. I think that is miraculous. Check this out…

So yeah. It’s my birthday, and I have already received so many lovely cards and gifts! You really do spoil me! I decided it would be nice to give YOU something. I’m really excited about this little birthday idea! I just know you will be really chuffed with this pack of ready-printed landscapes! I spent a while making the original “blank” ones, which we then printed, and turned into little toppers and tags. They are so neat!! Like a blank canvas, but blank landscapes. I made a couple of examples to show you…so quick and easy!

These are the dinky tags, dressed with stamps and mounted on 4×4 inch white card blanks.

This is a 4×4 inch landscape – the exact same size as the masks you get with the stamps. Which means the stamps fit absolutely perfectly. And so do the masks!

You know when you do something that you know your friends will LOVE? Well, this is that thing.
