A new Technique for the Retreat.
Hi there,
Thanks for popping in. I’ve been prepping for the Summer Retreats today. You know, working out a teaching plan, getting the projects that we are going to be doing ready.
There’s a new idea, a cool technique that I’ve been developing, and finally figured out. I’m quietly excited actually! (not that quietly, says Dave!). Haha. I came skipping into the kitchen like I’d won the lottery! I’ve spent hours in my head, figuring out how to do this, and today it came together. Want to see?

Really easy to do – once you know how! All done using our fabulous Collage Papers, those Tea Infusion papers…click here

Want to learn this? And loads of other inky, arty ideas?
There are a few spaces left on the 2-day Summer Retreats, which I am hosting with Paul, at the same place we hold our Open Days: the Ditton Community Centre, August 13/14 and August 15/16. This new idea will be one of the projects we do together. So you’ll not only be learning loads, but you’ll also be taking home a super piece of artwork for your wall.

About 4 weeks to go, so why not treat yourself to a couple of days doing what you love doing, with like-minded friends. CLICK HERE to see our Events Page.
Love always,
Barb x x x

oh wow – that looks fantastic! I can’t wait to try it out…! 😍
So looking forward to this year’s retreat.
This looks so cool! 😍
Look forward to seeing what you all get up to during the retreats, the finished piece looks fantastic. Isn’t it a great feeling when something in your mind comes together in real life.
We will be packing for a seaside break with 4 generations aged 95 to 14 so can’t make it this year. When told there was a hot tub in the garden the eldest’s first comment was ‘’ but I haven’t got a costume’’ not how she was going to get in 😂 Hopefully we will manage a paddle in the sea!! Going by the weather so far this summer I think I better pack a few craft projects to keep us occupied just in case it isn’t paddling weather xx
Oh wow, a sneaky peek of a Retreat Project! This looks so arty and fun, I can’t wait to have a go! Very excited as to what else you have in store for us Barbara! Really looking forward to the Retreats.
I am so pleased I ordered some more Tea Infusion Papers in the Sale! (Along with one or two other bits and pieces! 🤣)
So looking forward to seeing everyone at the retreat. It’s always been my treat to myself – just to escape the every day and spend 2 whole days just playing in my happy place xxxx
Love this, too far for me unfortunately 😕 can I ask will there be any more workshops or open days up north, thanks xxxx
A Clarity Retreat sounds like utopia!
As much as I’d love to come I can’t but this looks a good idea for using up some paper nuggets ! Looks fab xx
Sadly I can’t go this year but look forward to seeing what you all make xxx
That looks fantastic! Can’t wait to have a go – see you in August!
Now I am even more envious of people going to the Retreats. So wish I could go xx
Hello Barb, well this does look interesting, unfortunately I will not be able to attend the retreats, but look forward to maybe a youtube demo at some point after. For all those attending, can’t wait to see your creations. Bx
oh exciting! looking forward to seeing you all x
Ooo that’s fab! Can’t wait! X
What wouldn’t I give to be able to come to one of your events to be able to relax and craft to my heart’s content. Sadly this is not possible at present but I live in hope.
Eagerly awaiting the upcoming C&C shows. The new plates look wonderful.
Safe journey tomorrow.
Hi Barbara
Looking forward to the Summer Retreat. I am treating two of my granddaughters Olivia and Leah, who like crafting. We have booked into a spar hotel nearby so see you all soon.
