Easy as 123 Design of the Week

It is Tuesday again and that means two things – Groovi Tuesday on Facebook/YouTube and Design of the Week.
Each week we shine a light on a favourite design to celebrate 30 years of all things Clarity with 30% discount (plus club discount). This week I thought we could have a look at Linda’s 123 Groovi plates

The idea behind these designs was to allow you to hone various parching skills – colouring, white work, shadow embossing and picot cutting. Working on a small image makes it easier to achieve the result you are looking for. When you are confident with the smaller image, you then move up to the next image which has been magnified and then finally you have the largest image. So, not only do these plates contain beautiful designs, but they are also a great teaching/practice plate.

Looking at the week ahead, Dawn Wheeler will be launching Part 2 of Linda Williams’ Christmas Compendium Stamp Collection on Create & Craft on Thursday at 4pm & 8pm and then Friday at 8am. Then the lovely Tina Cox will be Getting Groovi on Saturday at 1pm & 5pm with some Frilly Circles and Squares and Friends. So make sure you come back and check out the blog on Thursday and Saturday.

Hi Paul, thanks for showcasing all the great samples by the design team – a good reminder of what can be achieved from these plates & lots of ideas for future projects.
Enjoyed Groovi Tuesday this morning & look forward to seeing what Glynis has lined up for us on Sunday. I am working on last weeks tags at the moment, a bit more challenging with the increase in number of needles but enjoying the process x
Wow, so many lovely samples. I love Linda’s designs, the 123 plates are so useful for making small cards and are terrific for mixing and matching on larger cards.
