However you spend it…

Hi there

Thanks for popping in. So glad you liked the new Doodleology Stamps by Cherry Green as much as we do! They really are superb.

I like the matching stencils too!

Here’s a demo from TV, which includes those lovely old sentiment stamps which we recently got back out of the cupboard and reworked…old is gold, eh?!?

Just a flash of colour through the Retro Circle Stencil onto Clarity Stencil. card, using our Stencil brushes and the Artistry ink pads

Stamp the message on top of the lovely stencil background, and wrap the framer stamp from the fab new Retro Circle set around it. Simple or what?!?

Trim the card to a size you like, run a black Sharpie pen around the edge, then pick one of the Perga Liner colours from the background, and add a splash of it here and there on the stamped image.

Use a grey pencil (Polychromos) to add a drop shadow underneath the stamped lineart.

Pick a matching colour from the Designer Papers or Cards. I found this one in Amazonia Petites

Crop, mount, matt and layer on a white cardblank. Done.

However you spend it whatever you do,
Hoping this weekend is special for you.

Love and Hugs

  1. Loved the Gel Press demos. So many pieces from one lot of ink! Have a good weekend. See you on Monday in the SHAC Shack. Xx

  2. Thank you for bringing these outstanding stamps and stencils, and for the amazing demo’s. And thanks also for the extraordinarily generous 50% discount. Helen x

  3. I’ve never used a due, stencil or stamp in me life, but I’m so tempted by the Doodleology collection – right up my strasse! Thanks Barbara – have a lovely weekend xx

  4. Hi Barb,
Loved the shows today and the demos. The stamps are gorgeous as are the stencils. They all fell into my Clarity basket ( brilliant price especially with my diamond discount) and I can’t wait to play with them. I made my consultant a thank you card using the circle stamps from the original doodleology stamps and he was very impressed with it. I actually did a little bit of crafting today with one of Tina’s mandala stamps. This is the first time I’ve actually felt like doing anything since I came out of hospital so that’s a good sign anyway! Love and hugs,Alison xxx

  5. Watched the recorded earlier show just before the 1pm show. Placed my order for the set of 4+stencils then settled down to do some work with the set of 3. Magical afternoon, totally relaxing. Thank you Barbara, this was just what I needed today.
    Stay safe🍒

  6. I have never been into mixed media but having watched you getting so much using the gel press I am very tempted to give it a go. Much as I like the presenters on Hochanda, all we really need is you demonstrating and all the fabulous cards from the design team. No selling required.
Hope you have a good weekend xx

  7. More great demos from you & samples from the design team. Love the unpredictable art with the Gel plate & I think the oxides add a great dimension to the prints. Twofers are great as well !!
    Have a great weekend

  8. I have found that sentiment so useful this year, when birthday celebrations are so different from the normal.
Love the new doodleology stamps and the great demonstrations showcasing them.

  9. Hi Barb, the shows were brilliant, as always you had so much to inspire us with. I really want to get my gel press out this weekend and have a play. Stamps and those fab stencils are on my wish list. Take care and stay safe everyone. Bx
