We waved goodbye yesterday to all our lovely friends and customers who joined us for the Clarity Open Days — and what a brilliant time we had! The atmosphere was buzzing from start to finish, full of laughter, creativity, and good company. It was so wonderful to see familiar faces and meet new ones too. Judging by the smiles, chatter, and the beautiful artwork being shared, I think it’s safe to say everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable time. What a weekend to remember! 💛

Then, before we left last night, we turned the hall on its head and got stuck into setting up for the big Linda and Barb Workshops today! So much planning and preparation has gone into these sessions — from designing the projects and packing the kits, to making sure every table, tool, and tray of biscuits is just right. I always get a little fretful beforehand, wondering whether our guests will enjoy what’s been prepared. Been up half the night, going through the processes in my head! It’s that mix of excitement and nerves that never quite goes away, no matter how many years we’ve been doing this! But I have a really good feeling about this year’s workshops — the projects are beautiful, the atmosphere already feels special, and I think everyone’s going to go home happy, inspired, and maybe just a little bit glittery! ✨

It’s a big one — Linda’s final workshop. She’s retiring from teaching, and I know it will be a day filled with mixed emotions. There’ll be laughter, a few tears no doubt, and plenty of love in the room. It’s always hard to close a chapter like this, especially when someone has given so much of themselves over the years.

But this isn’t goodbye — far from it. Linda’s creative spark is far too bright to fade away. I know she’ll carry on designing for many years to come, continuing to share her talent, her warmth, and her beautiful artwork with us all. Today is simply a celebration of everything she’s brought to the Clarity family — her skill, her kindness, her generosity, and that wonderful Welsh wit! 💛

We love you, Linda — enjoy every single moment. You’ve more than earned it. xx
