57 days to Christmas – Miniature stamps for Scene Building…

Hi there

Early start here! It’s TV time at Hobbymaker today, so I won’t chat long! Hope you can join me 2-4pm. Yes! They have kindly given me a 2-hour slot. Happy about that. Gives us a real chance to get some demonstrations done.

Lots of loveliness to showcase – not least these Outline beauties with their masks. It’s those fab little scene-building stamps that I love – especially with Dave’s clever stamp pens!

Two different collections:

Christmas

Woodland

Is it me, or is this 100 days to Christmas picking up speed?? 57 Days to Christmas Day?? That’ll come round fast. And we’ve still got the Open Days and the Workshops before that! Yikes. Have you got your tickets yet? It’ll be a goodn.

Love and Clarity

  1. Hi Barb, safe travels to the studios. Looking forward to the show, and glad it is 2 hours. The artwork shown above is just incredible, so much variety and talent. I have several of the masks and stamps now, and this is pure inspiration. Hopefully will catch you live. Bx

  2. Lovely samples – more inspiration!!! Have set the TV to record the shows today – will catch up later.

Looking forward to the open days – coming on the Saturday!

Had a bombshell dropped on us yesterday – our landlord has given us 6 months notice – he is putting the house on the market…….trying not to stress out and panic but failing……thank goodness for parchment craft!!!!!!!

    1. Hi Katherine. I feel for you. We’re in a similar boat, except we’re planning on leaving, after 17 years. Our landlady is 82 and we’re worried about our long term security now, so jumping before we’re pushed!
Good luck, and try not to stress. 😊

    2. So sorry to hear this, Katherine, such a stressful time for you. Good luck with finding somewhere new to live: you never know it my prove to be a blessing in disguise having a larger craft room 🤞🤞🤞.

  3. Good luck Barb not that you need it and good you have two hours to demonstrate and also not to have to hang around waiting ! Hope someone is going with you xx

  4. Hi Barb. Good luck with the shows. I’ve got the Groovi set, so be good to have a reminder of ideas and inspiration. X

  5. Safe travels today Barbara, not a very day at the moment but just gentle rain not the stair rods we last week. Forecast better for the return journey though. Looking forward to seeing you with Hayley & will put the show on to record so I can refer back to your demos if I need some inspiration – the 2 hours should be great as with an hour you have only just started & its time to pack up.

Katharine & Sheila – good luck with your house moves. Katharine, I hope you find something you like soon so you can get the move done before the deadline looms. We are in the process of downsizing after being here 45 years so decluttering has been major issue. My new craft room needs to have elastic walls !! As you say though thank goodness for crafting to take your mind of everything xx

  6. I just want to say how much I love Dave’s stamp pens they make it so easy to add the little stamps with precision.

  7. Look forward to watching this afternoon – 2hrs. excellent. Have a lot of these stamps and ordered the Reindeer mask in the sale. Take care.

  8. Your 2 hour slot this afternoon. Is just what I need to relax me this afternoon. Had my first chemo session yesterday and I have been told to take it easy for a few days. All went well and I feel fine his morning. Luckily I have these sets in both stamps and Groovi so if my hands go weird I have options and will still be able to craft. The woodland set is beautiful for backgrounds, don’t know what I would do without them.
    Safe travels.

  9. Safe travels Barbara. Looking forward to your 2 hour show and demos. Stunning art work by the design team. 100 days to Christmas is definitely picking up speed.

  10. Wishing you and Dave an uneventful journey there and back.

Having a 2 hour slot allows you to get into your stride demonstrating Clarity’s quality products to their full potential, to enjoy yourself and thereby, surely, attracting new customers to the brand.

  11. Just watch your programs on Hobbycraft, loved all your new ideas, I can feel more purchases coming on 😂
Also loved the top you wore today it was lovely I want one of those too!

  12. I loved the show this afternoon, you seem very relaxed in what must be quite a stressful environment with all the time restrictions as well as everything else. 😵‍💫 You make presenting look easy, although I’m sure it’s not! It’s really enjoyable for your audience though. Thank you for squeezing in all the tricks and tips, I learnt a lot.
Best wishes to Katherine, Sheila and Cherry, I hope everything goes well for you. 🥰🤞
    Jane x 🌸🌼🌺
