A Groovi Recap…

A Groovi Recap…

Hi there!

Thanks for popping in. Bit hot up here in the SHAC-Shack today, so forgive me if I keep it short and sweet! I-is-a-meltin’! Have been designing some new things, adding some action to a few of the many ideas which keep me awake at night! Will I sleep better? Doubt it! Just making more room for other ideas to fill the space!

Thank you for tuning in and supporting the HOCHANDA TV Shows today. There’s always so much to showcase and the time just seems to fly! But we get there.

Here’s a little step by step Groovi recap, showing how to line up that very cool Groovi frame on the new Dreamcatcher plate….

Picot cut the outer edge using the nested rectangle die, second one in from the outside.

The best way to assemble is with a sticky glue runner behind the pattern. You can’t see it! Magic!

Easy. Very easy! Great if you are starting our on your Groovi crafting journey. Or you are pressed for cardmaking time!

  1. Sun did pop out for a while but it is quite chilly & grey now but still dry. It is very heavy though so we might get the rain that they have further north – my head tells me there is a storm brewing. Caught up with the shows – love your frame that you did & sowed us above. Useful for any card. Need to go &do some shopping & checkout the new sale items etc.

  2. Do you know I never cease to be impressed by your range of skills! Can’t wait for next week.
    Love
    Maggie (Bendy Yorkite)
PS did I miss what happened to the singing princess?

  3. I loved your show today and the samples were gorgeous too. The plates and stamps from the SHAC doodles are lovely. I bought the first two plates, but can’t run to any more just yet and I am still wanting the rectangle picot dies. The list just keeps getting longer! Oh well, I only need a piece of paper and a pencil/pen on Monday and I can’t wait to see where we are going this week. Have a lovely evening. Hugs. Annette.

  4. Great demos today Barbara and what a treat to hear Linda explaining how to construct her owl. The blow by blow demo above will be very useful.
It has been very warm here in Surry and we have a beautiful evening.
I hope you enjoy the rest of the weekend and give yourself some space.

  5. Been chilly wet and grey here all day but at last some late evening sunshine. Missed the shows today on Hochanda but will watch on rewind for inspiration. Hope tomorrow brings better weather so that I can visit my sister who’s Covid test came back negative today worrying times.

  6. Enjoyed the shows today and particularly all the demos. I just love that time is given to them without interruption these days. It’s amazing how much money I can spend without even leaving the house!! Lol. Added to your workload!! Have you both have a good weekend. Hx

  7. Wonderful shows today. Great products. All spent out now.
Hot and sticky here today, next few days should be cooler thank goodness.
    Stay safe.🍒🍒🍒

  8. What a smashing day on Hochanda today. Full of ideas presented by people I’ve come to consider as mates. None of you would recognise me in a lift but that maybe for the best.😉
I started blogging last week and as a newbie I really do admire your dedication Barbara, et al, for your daily blogs. Keep up the good work👍

  9. Brilliant show today, Barbara, and thank you so much for the stencils – I danced round the room, such a lift after the owls being beyond me. I feel so hugged.

  10. Hello Barb, not caught up with the shows yet, your step by step looks great. Take care and stay safe everyone. Bx
